Office and Dr. Santa Lucia are excellent and the Dr graduated from a grammar school in Buffalo which a was the asst. princ. A few years after he graduated.

Tried to make appointment and couldn't get that far...the office staff was so rude that I decided to go no further. I was only inquiring about being a new patient and asked if he was taking on new patients... The secretary seemed very annoyed and very short with me. I pointed out how rude she was being and she only thanked me and giggled a little!I guess they are in need of no new business

I found Dr. SantaLucia to be a nice doctor, but the billing department didn't do their job. I was terminated from this practice because I had a balance of 83$ and they never billed me, but turned me over to a collection agency. I spoke with the billing department about this and they said they had sent bills to me which I never received any. the billing department then blamed the postal service, but I did receive my termination letter. I then phoned to speak directly to the doctor, but he in turn had billing call me and say he won't take me back. I have skin cancer and discoid lupus and am unable to find another derm. Dr. SantaLucias office didn't care about that just their money.
