I heard about this company last year. I received a certification and had no issues what so ever, the process was fantastic. Flash forward to now when it’s time to renew, i get an email from Liz saying payment is due for recertification so i pay immediately, then for the next 2 weeks i get the runaround about my recertification and why it hasn’t been done yet and said she was copying her assistant Laurie on the message as well to make sure it was taken care of. I give it a few days because she said she would get to it on the 24th of January, and nothing again but i wanted to give the system time to update just in case. So i email on the 26th for an update as to when i will receive my certification as i paid in the beginning of January and now both of the emails are no longer valid emails and they aren’t answering the phone numbers or calling back. I have tried every means of getting in contact and have received no call back but they certainly took my $200 right away. It’s such a shame because the experience the first time around was great, and now i feel scammed by a “medical practice.”Edit: shortly after this review was posted, miraculously someone got back to me and took care of the situation and apologized extensively for the email issues they were having today….

They made everything easy!I’ve been waiting for years for a medical card for my chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. Everything was virtual so no face to face contact which during these times are tremendous. Affordable, easy, and fast.

Dr Liz is extremely knowledgeable and will help you through the process. I had been living with so much pain for years and it was a referral from a friend that I found her. I am truly grateful!

Dr. Ernst is very responsive and will walk you through all the steps. The appointment was done in a few minutes and she emailed and texted us to make sure we were on the right track afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place. Quick and easy was seen in 10 minutes and less. The doctor knew exactly how to handle my condition and exactly the dosage I needed to get better. I wouldn't recommend another place besides here. Very compassionate about the whole situation also.
