I have had 2 hip replacements..Dr Arsoy is Absolutely amazing at what he does.. God has blessed his hands . I could not walk for over year.. He performed both surgery's a year a part and I am walking, working out.. No limp as if nothing ever happened!! His bed side manner is amazing, so compassionate..Dr Arsoy Thank you

Dr. Arsoy was amazing. He did a thorough examination of my knees and did x-rays right there at the practice. He spent a lot of time with me and didn't rush through like other orthopedic doctors I have visited. He listened to me and found out exactly where I was experiencing pain, he asked me about the activities I can no longer do because of my knee troubles, he gave me a plan for treatment to commence immediately and explained possible partial replacement surgery down the road if needed. I felt like I was a relative he treated me with such empathy and care. I highly recommend Dr. Arsoy and the entire staff at that location. All friendly and extremely professional and efficient! Great combination.

Dr. Arsoy is a gem of a doctor and a gem of a human being. He listens, he cares about the patients expectations and discusses how he can meet them. I went to 3 other top orthopedic doctors and they all told me to live with the pain in my thigh from surgery but he actually did something about it - he resolved the problem!!

He will do your surgery and that's it. Will not return phone calls after surgery even if it is a fellow physician, the emergency room during an emergency visit for a hematoma and he was on call, the visiting nurse and physical therapist. He ignores them all. He has been reported by everyone involved in my case.

Dr Diren Arsoy is an incredibly gifted surgeon and a kind human being. He actually listens to his patients, provides guidance and includes the patient in the decision making progress. He does not rush his visits. He or someone affiliated with his office is in frequent communication with me as needed post total hip replacement. I highly recommend Dr Arsoy.

Dr Arsoy and the Yale health system are negligent in post operative care. it is impossible to reach thie doctor or anyone from his office. All a patient is told to do when there is a problem is to go to the emergency room. Negligent. I am a physician and I know the standard of care.
