I've been seeing Dr Mandac for a couple years now and I think she is very great at what she does. She always makes me feel comfortable and doesn't judge at all. The only reason I give her 4 stars is because she regularly doesn't answer emails or returns calls after I leave a voicemail.

Poor-Spent a month with voicemails to her office, messaging her patient portal, and 3 attempts by my insurer to renew my prescriptions without a reply. Found another endocrinologist.

I have not had a positive experience with Dr. Mandac's office. Dr. Mandac is perfectly pleasant when you go for an appointment in person. However, it has been my recurring experience that neither she nor her office ever returns phone calls. One time, I called on a daily basis for my blood results and finally had to go in person to deliver the message that I wanted a call back with my results before she actually called me - unapologetic (it was literally a month before they provided results). Now, they aren't filling my script or returning my call (or the calls/faxes from CVS). I would not recommend.

I came to Dr. Mandac when I was diagnosed with a thryoid condition and my mother had a good experience with her. She told me to call her when my blood results came back. That was over 2 months ago. I have tried countless times to contact her with no success. I will be looking for a new endocrinologist asap.

Visit went fine after extra long delay as doctor was late in coming 9for first appointment of the day). Follow up is extremely poor and this doctor does not seem to know how to use the patient portal. Getting a simple thing as a prescription refill has taken more than a month of emails, prescription refill requests and even messages left on her phone and with no response I still do not know if I am getting my prescription refilled and have gone for 3 weeks now without my diabetes medication.

Her services were, at best, poor and any charge for her services was not warranted. She never forwarded any results to me and never returned any of my several calls made to her office.
