I’m sure the doctor is fine but how good is the care if I can’t get in? After initial bloodwork in March at my physical, booked a July appointment only to have it canceled without notice or reschedule. Oh but there was a note for the call center incase I called in. FOUR MONTHS and not a single person called me or left a message?? Do better.

The office is the most disorganized office ever!!! The doctor is too fast as they overbook appointments and there is no quality discussion. Calling Scarsdale medical is a nightmare. Be ready to stay on hold for ever snd never get your messages responded to.

Takes her time and LISTENS to what you have to say. She makes you feel like you’re her only appointment for the day. Very, very helpful assisting me getting the right meds.

Likelihood of recommending Dr. Reyes Thomas to family and friends * Slim to none! Have to be honest, good bedside manner, polite etc, but lacks knowledge of Rheumatology. I have lupus for over 20 years, my knowledge far exceeds hers, so how is she going to treat me ? I end up telling her what to do. Not good, needs experience. Maybe in 5-10 years she weill be a really good doctor,but at this point she is still learning, so I recommend going to someone with more experience.

This Doctor has poor people skills and thinks she is the ultimate authority but sadly she is not! When a patient has been suffering of Arthritis longer than she has been a Doctor maybe she should take the time to listen to their concerns and issues! She is dismissive and rude and should get some people skills training if she wants to continue practicing medicine!
