Simply love Dr. Croen and Scarsdale group. He is a fabulous, caring, and knowledgeable physician! Both he and his nurse Kim are wonderful! Hard to find a doctor who actually calls back, even if it’s 9 pm! Outstanding!

Dr. Croen is efficient, and very thorough. He does not rush through appointments. He is compassionate and dedicated in meeting your needs for the appointment. He does not give up until he has an answer as to what is wrong/going on with you. I have been going to him forever ten plus years. He is accommodating in making emergency appointments as well. The wait time in the office is a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Croen.

I have been a patient of Ken Croen for over 10 years and highly value our relationship. He always spends quality time with me when I come in for my annual physical and provides great advice. I have no problems getting in touch when I need him and his office is very responsive. His nurse assistant Kim, is terrific.

I injured my finger and suffered a fast moving dangerous infection. Dr. Croen showed excellent clinical/diagnostic wisdom. He is, hands down, the best doctor I've ever seen. He was thorough, engaged, curious and followed through with me to be sure I got better--even contacting me after hours with lab results and to be sure antibiotics were effective.

I have been seeing Dr. Croen for over 15 years. He is the most caring and compassionate MD and I am so fortunate to have him as my internist. There is no better.

He never calls back when you leave a message. You must make an appointment to even discuss test results. Who has the time for that? I was told my test results were normal. Then I requested my numbered results. Using the internet, I diagnosed myself with hypothyroid. He missed that because of using old standards for the test which was updated in 2003.
