I have been suffering neck pain for many years until I met Dr Shue . She has a blessing hands because since the first time she treatment my pain was relief. She is very professional and the most important care her patients very well .

My experience at New York Spine & Pain Physicians has been very positive. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Yesterday was my second time going there, for a procedure to treat my back pain. The initial treatment was ineffective, so the doctor recommended that this alternate treatment be performed. Both procedures were carried out in a very professional manner, with the doctor explaining everything she was doing, step by step. After each procedure, I was instructed on what to do and what not to do, as well as when I could expect to experience pain relief. Follow up appointments were scheduled for two weeks later on both occasions, to document the results of the procedure. I’m completely satisfied with this practice, the treating doctor, as well as the staff members. I highly recommend this practice to others, who are in need of a source of pain relief.

The doctor Dr Shalmi does great at the procedure, however the constant check in after each appointment even though we come up with a plan of up to 3 epidural shots, or if the pain returns come back for the shot is unclear and unneeded. I do not want to do a follow up for something that was already stated should be done if this occurs. This place waste time with unnecessary appointments that last 10 minutes when the medical necessity was already documented. The only reason for this is a money grab to get as many appointments out of the client as possible. Go elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr Shalmi for many years. He is not only knowledgeable but so kind and caring. He possesses all qualities you want in a doctor. I would highly recommend him!

Sue up front is the most efficient person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. You need to understand the importance of somebody upfront, that has the back of those who are performing to work. Dr. SHUE is amazing. She had all the right spots. I was in and out before you know it. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is having severe pain. All A1 class services!

I went to see Dr Sabrina Shue at Westchester spine and pain as I have spinal stenosis I went after going to a doctor in Kingston NY Dr Rema who after two injections made it worse 100% worse Dr Shue and her staff are far superior she gave me one epidural and the next day 90% of my pain was gone Dr Remas physician assistant gave me Gabapentin after the pain increased which did nothing and told me there was nothing else they could do for me it’s going on a week since I saw Dr Shue and I am so thankful to her and her terrific team as I can walk and sleep again with little to no pain

I give this place 2-3 years before it tanks, one doctor is good the other is uncaring and on the brink of retirement, too much incompetence in all aspects,won’t be going back ever.
