On the recommendation of a friend, I made a switch to a doctor nearby me. I have never forgotten and I am thankful for he change. My diabetes was not in control and when I saw Dr. Steinman she not only controlled it better but had it drop by 2 to 7.0. Worked out a plan and I kept to it with her help. She was also responsible for me when I was rather sick and had to have a gall bladder removed to save my life. She was there and helped guide me through the time. She works well with other team members of doctors that you have. Pleasant, caring, and involved with the patient on helping them through a journey in life. Always look forward to my visits. Heard nothing but excellence from other people and patients. She is a genuine doctor who cares. Easy to reach by emails. Promptness in response time. More doctors should be like her taking care of patients. She is dedicated.

The best endocronoligist one could have. Treats her patients like they are part of a family. Need help in between visits with questions one can access her and will get an answer promptly. Switching over from another doctor was the best I've ever done as my diabetes is in greater control. She encourages you to do more and gives great advice on how to treat your condition better. She works as a team member with your other providers as she feels it is the right way to do it. She is exceptional and I would recommend her to anyone with diabetes and thyroid conditions.

My primary care physician recommended that I book an appointment with an endocrinologist and her top recommendation was Dr. Rachel Steinman. I am so glad I took her advice. I made my first appointment with Dr. Steinman in 2021 and have had three or four subsequent appointments. She accurately diagnosed the issues I had and spent lots of time with me, explaining what needed to be done and why. She is compassionate and very responsive to questions I have both in person and through use of the patient portal. Other doctors would be wise to emulate her.

I’ve seen a lot of doctors for the past 22 years, and Dr. Steinman is the absolute best. She is compassionate, takes her time, explains things to you so that you understand, and just makes you feel like you can tackle whatever issue comes your way. I’ve also expressed things that some doctors may think are “not relevant” but she makes you feel as if anything is relevant. Dr. Steinman will respond quickly to your questions, and if she doesn’t have the answer off hand, she will get you an answer. She is the best. Most definitely a Top Doc- for every year!

Dr. Steinman is amazing. She took 40 minutes with me to answer all questions I had, explain everything thoroughly and leave me feeling reassured. Exactly what a doctor should be.

Dr. Steinman is an excellent Endocrinologist. She is very thorough and professional. She doesn'the rush you, explains everything in language you can understand and her communication is the best. She will email through portal quickly and call you if you have an issue that needs to be checked on. I highly recommend Dr. Steinman.

First time seeing Dr.Steinman after many years with Dr. K (same practice, moved away). Dr. S saw me as follow up to ER. Took a lot of time collecting my history, listening and explaining options, tests to rule in/out conditions. Very polite, respectful. Great communicator.
