It's a shame that the doctors are so great, because you will wait a very long time for each appointment. They say it's because the doctors take time with parents, which is good, but make sure you have 2 hours blocked. Not kidding.

Dr. Nikci performed emergency surgery on my dad’s broken hip as a result of a fall. My dad is 98 1/2 years old and has recuperated very well. In fact he does not need a follow-up because he is healing quickly and has no post surgery issues beyond rehab therapy. Dr.Nikci is easy to talk to, explains issues very clearly, and shows concern. We felt we were in good hands from very beginning to end.

Broke my foot in November and it's been a real bummer but coming in for visits in this office with Dr.Littlejohn and his staff has been a real blessing! The women who assist in the rooms are super personable and loads of fun. They make an otherwise uncomfortable visit very fun and I appreciate that soo much! I laugh every time and couldn't be more pleased with my care here ! Shouts to Dr.Littlejohn and Christina!!

Dr Valdez Nikki. He is very caring and professional. He explained all my options very clearly. I left feeling very at ease. I would definitely recommend him to family as well as my friends. Excellent

I went to see Dr. Valdet Nikci after previously seeing my primary care physician in the same building. I felt comfortable going to this office because my mother's Orthopaedic Surgeon is also in the office. I was a walk in on the day Hurricane/Tropical Storm Isaias was going to hit New York. I had been in excruciating pain in my neck, shoulder, and upper back for a few days. Earlier that day I had gone to urgent care. Dr. Nikci did an X-ray and found nothing on the X-ray. He moved my arm around and told me that he didn't see any broken bones on the X-ray and told me that he didn't understand why i was crying so much with no broken bones. First off, I walked in crying and he had no empathy nor sympathy for my condition. Both myself and my husband felt that he was just dismissing me because he wanted to get home before the Hurricane hit. I have since gone to a different Orthopedic Surgeon and expressed how I felt seeing this doctor and they took the proper steps for my care. Does the Hippocratic Oath mean nothing. The staff was very nice and I cannot speak on the other doctors in this practice, but DO NOT GO SEE Dr. Valdet Nikci. He won't give a rats a*** about you if there is something else going on and he's trying to go home. I went to another doctor and had an X-ray done. Nothing showed up, but my doctor took the next steps in ordering 2 MRIs after doing a more thorough evaluation of my situation. I really wanted to tell Dr. Nikci that obviously something is wrong if I'm crying.

I found him extremely compassionate as he examined my hand explaining all the steps ahead of time. He gave me options of treatment with his recommendation. And he spoke in words I could understand and choices on how to treat the injury when I leave and go home.

Listens well, drills down to the essential concerns, clearly explains all the options, little or no wait time

My son plays college baseball and sustained a hamate hook fracture to his left hand. It’s a rare fracture to a small bone in the hand typical among baseball players. Dr Nikci has experience in this injury so we made an appointment. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the injury and our options. We were concerned about surgery being an option and he was confident enough to give us names of other doctors for a second opinion in efforts to ease our minds. He truly made us feel that he wanted the best option for our son. My son had the surgery performed by Dr Nikci and we are SO happy with the overall experience. Scheduling appointments was easy and we rarely waited in his office. Day of surgery was a pleasure! Dr Nikci and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Within 8 weeks my son was back to training for his upcoming spring season. Anyone looking for a doctor to treat this type of injury he is the guy to go to! We highly recommend Dr Nikci!

I only have wonderful things to say about this Doctor. He is highly skilled and good at what he does. He took care of my needs like he would to someone he loves. He did not kick me out of the room after 30 seconds like most of the other Dr's I seen at big hospitals in NYC. He was very dedicated in finding a solution to help me since I had some complications from a previous surgery. No other doctor showed me this type of care and bedside manner. I am truly only walking now because of him!
