This is the doctor to see! Kind, patient, smart and excellent quality of care. I left her office understanding my problem, all my questions answered and clear plan to recovery. Her PA and secretary were so nice and helpful as well. They all seem to love what they do and it shows with the care they provide. Amazing experience.

The word doesn't exist to name how amazing Dr.Dhar is. Her skill is unique. I had torn meniscus. 5 weeks after of surgery I'm back on my feet, exercising,hitting the gym, playing tennis, all activities...even basketball. Dr.Dhar is the best of the best of the best. I'm forever grateful. I fully recommend to everyone!!!

I am so thankful that I found Dr Dhar and her wonderful assistant, Danielle. I was in a lot of shoulder pain which had become unbearable, and Dr Dhar facilitated an early surgery. I had to go through cardiac clearance prior to surgery, and Danielle went out of her way to coordinate clearance for a quick surgery. I unfortunately have to have another surgery and, with the caring help of Danielle, they are fitting me in. It's not often that you are heard in such a responsive, caring way.

They say when you go to a surgeon you get surgery. Not with Dr. Dhar. Her approach has worked wonders for both a ruptured quad tendon and a torn bicep tendon she has treated me for. Her knowledge is encyclopedic. She is very impressive and very smart. Equally important she is unbelievably nice and a great listener. She asks probing questions about your personal life style and activities to tailor her treatment plan to your individual needs. She is patient and thoughtful and unlike many docs who would rush to surgery. I think she is TERRIFIC in every way and I highly recommend her. She deserves to be listed as one of Westchester's Best Doctors!

Dr. Dhar is simply amazing. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. She, along with her assistant Danielle took care of me and took the time to answer my questions when it came to my knee surgery. The post operation care was great. They made sure every need was met! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for professionalism and courteous manner. Also for making me able to walk again!

Her bedside manner is phenomenal. Further, she will look for the least invasive solution, but when surgery is required, she will make determinations based on what you really need. My rotator cuff was far more damaged than thought. Two anchors and two years later i have 90% of my mobility back. The last 10% is due to my need for personal physical therapy (my thumb only reaches the bottom of my shoulder blade. I have better mobility than most people with my injury, and have had it since six weeks after surgery. I have no physical limitations and no atrophy. If your looking for a place to stop looking, this is it! Warning, the two to three days after surgery is not for the faint of heart. You will recover. She is the best!

When I first went to see Dr Dahr, several years ago, she told me that I should have shoulder replacement surgery. At the time I was not ready to commit to that surgery, and i am still not, so she has been working with me to reduce the pain and increase my mobility without the surgery. She suggested a decompression to potentially provide some relief. She was very honest about the potential outcome so my expectations were realistic. I had it done about 3 years ago and it helped but was definitely not a substitute for a shoulder replacement. She has worked with me since then to provide treatments that do provide some relief to the pain. Although I know the replacement is the right treatment, she is not pushing it, she respects the fact that I am just not ready and continues to find alternatives for temporary relief on my terms.

Dr Dhar is the best. Treated my different issues for years. Always has a clear plan, explains everything and works step by step to get the best outcome. She operated on my knee and it’s better than ever. Look no further if you have a sports injury issue.

I went to Dr Dhar for another opinion for my shoulder. Another doctor had recommended surgery for my shoulder. Dr Dhar spent time and listened to me and did a thorough exam. She very directly told me not to have shoulder surgery, she thought my neck was the problem. Explained all the details of why, ordered the appropriate tests and sent me to get injection to my neck and therapy. I am 100% better! I saw that other doctor for 5 months and was about to have shoulder surgery. In 2 visits Dr Dhar cured me and I avoided a surgery that I didn't need. She is the best!

She is an excellent diagnostician, very informative as to any questions a patient has, does not rush you , easy to talk to and her staff is very in tune to her and appear to really like her. I am now not in pain. Thank you Dr Dhar for treating my shoulder.
