Very patient in, patient out experience. Service has grown slow & unsteady the past couple of years. Used to like it here, now it feels like they’re just trying to get rid of you as soon after you wait 40 minutes for your scheduled appointment. 2 stars is graceful at this point, some physicians don’t even wear scrubs anymore.

I know many people who suffered from the mentality of "patient in patient out" of this group of people . No commitment to community. No morals. It feels like going to a car salesman ..you know you will be at the receiving end of stick..do one favor guys. there is cityMD , there is PMpeds, well meaning small primary care practices ...go there and live longer ! Whenever i go there the docs dont ook at your face, the front desk folks dont talk , and you feel like you are going there with a begging bowl ! . Yes, no one will take your blood in the office ...but think about it ...when you go to a doctors office, you dont need a PTSD !

Muy pero muy mal servició y cada día es peor yo no recomiendo para nada este lugar lo único bueno que tiene es el Doctor Banker pero con el servicio tan mal ya ni por el me quedo en esta clínica es una lástima antes atendían un poco mejor mi hijo era atendido en este lugar desde que nació y ahora es un adolescente pero ya me canse de que todo el tiempo prestan un mal servicio hacen citas con doctores que hace meses no trabajan en Crystal Run y solo dicen lo sentimos tiene que hacer otra cita y volver a venir o dan una cita y dicen espere en su carro para que los hagamos pasar 40 minutos después llamo porque pienso que se les olvidó y me dicen que tengo que bajarme del carro y hacer fila porque si no no me van a atender y ese día estaba lloviendo y mi hijo bien mal de la tos ni una sola estrella se merecen por eso mucha gente se va a otro pediatra

They never pick the phone, they are too slow and Rude and every time I go, they are always talking bad things about the patient that left. So unprofessional I will never go back to this place.

they are great i have a 14 y/o a 9 y/o and 5 month old i call at all hours and always answers. the are very attentive very helpful and so great with the kids. they go the extra mile to make sure they cover all possibilities. i will say the location needs an update but the baby loves the colors
