I was an emergency walk-in (wisdom tooth extraction) and other than a long wait I was very very happy with the service I received today. The nurses were so polite to me, making conversation while administering the numbing stuff. The doctor and his assistant were so kind during the extraction process, asking me about my pain levels and reassuring me that things were going well. They gave me extra gauze on my way out too. Overall I was very happy

They take long to. Put your teeth back they give u and appointment from like 4 months later this ridiculous no good

THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!! DONT EVER COME HERE !!!!!... CAME TO THE DENIST AT 8AM FOR AN EMERGENCY WIT PAIN AT A 10 ..IM THERE BEFORE DOCTORS AND FREAKIN NURSES ARRIVE. 8:40 TOOK X-RAYS AFTA THAT NOTHING !!! AROUND 11 OR SO I REALIZED SOON THEY GONNA BE GOING TO LUNCH SO I TOLD A STAFF MEMBER MY STORY AND THAT IT'S UNACCEPTABLE... HE GOES IN THE BACK COMES BACK TELLS ME I HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER 1:30 ITS 4 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME MIND YOU I WAS THE 5TH PERSON AT 8AM!!!!SOOO I COME BACK , I PROBABLY HEARD THEM CALL MAYBE ONE NAME AT THIS POINT IT'S 3PM!!!

This place is horrible, the dentist department is ridiculous. I had an appointment for 11:45 and my fiancé too. I suffer from severe issues such as anxiety and fears and many more. Is bad enough that I was catching a panic attack for them to tell me that I have to wait to 1:30 after they finish lunch. Mind u I asked to speak to a supervisor at 12:15 and they told me she was on break when break starts at 12:30? SMH also I register before my fiancé and he got to be seen before me when the same lady that registered me, registered him so how was it that he was before me? This place should accommodate to disable people with severe issues to have a better customer service for patients. To me this a discrimination towards disabled people. Ridiculous plus I waited 2 months for this appointment and to reschedule would be another 2 months cuz there’s no spots available but my fiancé got 2 appointment for September so someone please explain what’s wrong with this place. They contradict themself and lie too.

Honestly, I've been there twice and they were amazing, I was hesitant about going despite what people have said but from multiple sources I finally went & they actually took care of me, I was in and out...

This is the worst hospital I swear went there on a Monday as in emergency and waited there for the whole day with lots of pain and then once they call me they tell me that they couldn’t do the procedure because it was too many people and then they gave me an appointment for the following Monday for 10:30 am and not call me at all! I swear this is the worst hospital you can go too save time and go somewhere else!!

I went to the ER at 10am because I was in severe pain. Got called at 11ish for them to know info on me, and then got sent to another waiting room. Kept asking for medicine for the pain and they would just say your doctor will give it to you, which of course then never did. 45 minutes later they took me to the dentist, only for them to tell me to come back at 1:30 because everyone is on lunch. Ended up going back home, took motrin and a nap. Got back there at 1:35 and asked if I was called, lady at front said no but you're next. Come to find out I wasn't, 8 or 9 people was called before me until finally I was next it was close to 4pm. I was told I had to get my wisdom tooth taken out. Only reason i gave this 3 stars was because i felt no pain at all during the surgical procedure, that was the only good thing but everything else was horrible.

i just tried calling to reschedule an appointment for my son and i was on hold for so long they would pick up and then put me on hold again im not a impatient person but come on i expect fast service i called about 3 times and its the same thing everytime

No one answers the phone and they are supposed to be open from 9am-5pm I just have 2 questions that need answers

Horrible experience went as an emergency and waited for 9am to 12 pm and wasn't seen had to leave, i was in horrible pain and had let them know never again
