Nina Arlievsky's Online Review Report Card

We drove over 2 hours to meet this doctor just to walk in her office and fr to ask us why are you here? She had all the paperwork from our doctor she also had lab work! She never looked over it or requested anything until after we left and called our primary. My son has struggled for 2 years he is 2.5 years old. She never once talked to him barely touched him and when he started turning red from another disease he had (not contagious at all just gets hives) she asked us to take him off the table. She looked at him for maybe 3 minutes!! She called a week later just to tell me that she got what she needed and still was pushing off on other doctors. She suggested we go to and ENT. We went and the ENT was confused why she sent us since what she was claiming she had the cat scan in her hands and could see he had nothing wrong!! She then explained to us that she was frustrated with our primary and other specialist who all recommended her and that is why she treated us and my son with such disrespect! RUDE!! she was more interested in pointing fingers than actually looking. We found a closer doctor who looked over all paperwork before us traveling to him to make sure he could help and that he had everything he needed. When he needed a few more papers from our doctors he called them and spoke with them. When he had questions called and asked them. The office manager and her supervisor is just as bad. When I asked her how she would feel if this was her 2.5 year old and she and her child were being treated and pushed around like we were how she would feel? She had a long pause and all she could say is this is not about me. That right there is enough to know that the office knows they were wrong. The manager her self told me they had everything they needed the doctor told me she had nothing. Then when they spoke the stories flipped. They were never on the right page together. All they did was try to cover up for each other!! Terrible place. They did not even submit the claim to the right insurance company. When I asked what we could do about being charged to see the doctor since she openly admitted to not even looking at the paperwork and the appointment being pointless the manager said well you did come here. Yes we did to sit in her little hole in the wall office for her to be condescending and rude and have no clue because she never looked at his stuff!!

Dr Arlievsky was perfectly nice but it was clear from her demeanor that she was uninterested or perhaps even worse unable to investigate the cause of my daughter's various symptoms. After we left her office I immediately made an appointment with another doctor. After seeing this doctor we had a diagnosis and my daughter is on the road to recovery. I would never recommend Dr Arlievsky to anyone. If you have a sick child this is not the right place to seek medical help.
