My husband was a patient of dr. Fullerton, he operated on my husband, he was on evry inspection, he checked if everything was as it should be. He explained, answered questions. A very good , helpfur doctor. Fantastic , kind , warm man. We are very thankfull. Greetings from Poland - B.T.Masny.
First class service. Very smart and caring doctor. Strongly recommend!!!
Best urologist I could ever ask for. I was involved in an mvc late in Nov 2008 where Dr. Fullerton was the urologist that worked on me. Every step of the way, every appointment, every phone call, Dr. Fullerton was there to make sure he explained everything he could as clear as possible. Dr. Fullerton had as well as a few other doctors that day had saved my life, literally. I will always be thankful for the job you have done. Thank you Dr. Fullerton.
Dr Fullerton saw me five minutes after I arrive and with the aid of the computer where my medical records are stored conducted an interview that included all of the information about my medical history and its interaction interaction with urology. It was one of the most comprehensive reviews I have had. He explained the status of my condion in great detail with the aid of several graphics and inportantly, in comparison to situations of cases that are more serious and less serious. He explained the implications of my age and lifestyle and answered all the questions I had with great clarity. The physical examination was comprehensive and was explained as he proceeded. He completed the session with questions about other specialists I have seen and insured that they were all were communicating and coordinating treatments. His concern for all aspects of my care was most evident.
Dr Fullerton was most comprehensive and clear in explaining my medical condition with the aid of graphics and diagrams. His physical exam was comlete and he explained all aspects of the proceedures very clearly. He reviewed all records of my medical history available on the computer, explained their relationship to urology and stressed all specialists should be coordinated. Throughout he showed great concern for all aspects of my health.
My Father-in-law had a 2pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to fill the forms. After over 2 hours, we were called into a room, but only seen by a Registered Nurse Practitioner. Her only function appears to take information and wasn't able to answer any questions related to Urology. The whole time we were observing her one finger typing information to the computer. In the end, blood test and Urine test were needed with 1 more hour of waiting . 4.5 hours wasted and didn't even see the doc.
I Do not recommend Dr. Fullerton. On April 4, 2016 I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paper work. Sat then for 1 1/4 hrs in waiting room, then sat 35 minutes in examination by myself, door closed, with no office contact with any staff. Got up went to front desk to say I was leaving. Receptionist says to Dr Fullerton who is on the phone in front of her deskDr. Your patient is leaving. I wait for his response, he continued conversation, I left. Terrible Bedside Manner. Be advised!
