Able Health Care Service's Online Review Report Card

This particular Able Health Care Services in Hempstead is alright definitely Not the Greatest as far as professionalism goes. If you’re a Home Health Aide looking to work for the Hempstead Branch I say don’t even bother because the coordinators are LAZY. Go elsewhere.

We contacted the agency during the pandemic and were in desperate need of assistance with my father. I was working from home and taking care of a baby. The first person they sent was not worth what we were paying. She sat on a stool and waited for her shift to be over. No one at the agency bothered to ask about her performance. The second aide was helpful, but then my father was hospitalized. The director, Cindy was not pleasant to deal with, and was very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Charlotte and Maria were very rude and unprofessional. I called to come to fill out an application, up on arriving they told me I couldn't fill one out after driving miles. They claim I look familiar. They said they would check my social which I gave them. They never gave me a response, just sent me out the door. I held my head high said ok, and left. As I proceeded to go home that morning I got into a car accident. I'm ok. My door was jammed in. I honestly blame them and myself for the frustration.The fact is, if you feel I was employed there before I came in I called and asked noone told me anything about this. They just said come in with my documents. I will be reporting them all individually.ThanksDaphne Ducrepin

I am blessed to have a great relationship with Joslin, who found me the perfect aid for my mom. She listened to me and my concerns and waited until she found my diamond in the ruff. Unfortunately this industry has its ups and downs, but it helps knowing you have people looking out for your moms best interest.

So unprofessional! I've waited a month to start, i've called them to find out when i start, no answer, so i left messages ... days later im still calling finally got someone on the line and said classes already started, she called everyone!! IMPOSSIBLE!! Im LIVID!!! WASTE MY TIME WHERE I COULD HAVE SIGNED ELSE WHERE... DO NOT LET THESE PPL WASTE YOUR TIME! LOOK ELSE WHERE!!

My daughter has been getting services here for years and fortunately home health aides we had and have are very good but the huge problem here are the coordinators and director of nursing. Coordinators are very unprofessional, condescending and they are not good in giving information what needs to be done or prepared by the client so that the services will not be interrupted. Coordinators do not deserve any star from this place. Their services is so poor.

There coordinator is very unprofessional and rude especially to there employees they also don't like to pay there employees on time sometimes it takes a month to get a paycheck I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau if you can do this to your employees image how you treat your clients smh.
