I had my Right Hip replaced in 2019 at the age of 50. Dr Klotz did a great job. He answered all my questions,, which I had alot & put my mind at ease. I do love UNITY HOSPITAL but the 2nd shift nurse wouldn't raise the height of the walker so I was hunched over when I took my first walk down the hall. On top of that, the recliner that was in my room, I had to keep pressure (pushing it back) on it to keep it reclined so I was never relaxed in it. The staff couldn't figure it out when I asked about it. The nurses also didn't listen to me saying I needed a pillow under my knee to keep it slightly bent to prevent severe pain severe pain in my knee (from a different issue I had). Because of this, I had to take more than the prescribed pain meds...not for hip pain but for knee pain because they didn't want my knee slightly bent. But Dr Klotz, he's a great doctor & I'd recommend him!

I have had multiple surgeries with URMC including 2 failed knee replacements (same knee) I found Dr. Klotz after being referred by a friend. He is absolutely the best! He fixed the problem the other dr ignored and it worked well for a long time however my ligaments stopped wanting to hold everything in place e so Dr. Klotz once again figured out the problem and gave me a solution and after the 4th Knee replacement I am back to walking with just a minimal limp, minimal discomfort, hiking ( in the adirondacks even!) He has given me my life back! I will be forever grateful!

I just had my second joint replacement with Dr. Klotz. He is absolutely the best! I'm looking forward to a complete recovery.

Hopefully I will never need his services but he did a hip replacement and two knee replacement surgeries on my mother. He came recommended by a friend who was in a bad auto accident and Dr. Klotz put him back together. My mom was older and came through each replacement with no problems thanks to Dr. Klotz. Mom is no longer here but the last years of her life were much better being able to walk without a cane or anything. I highly recommend him. He’s great to work with and I would like to thank him for his good work he did on my mother!

Dr. Klotz runs a modern, delegated, efficient office on Middle Rd, Henrietta, NY and has a branch office with other orthopedic MDs in Chili, NY. He is an exceptionally capable surgeon, working out of Unity Hospital, Greece, NY. Pleasant, and trustworthy, he and his colleagues take good care of his patients. Highly recommended.

Left knee 2017, right knee 2019. Full replacement on both. Amazing experience, excellent care. Can't say enough about Doctor Klotz or the staff at Unity 3rd floor. Superb. Treated me like I was the only patient in the building.

Doctors Klotz and Daino gave me 24 good years on a leg that would otherwise have been amputated following a motor vehicle accident. Decades of XC Skiing and hiking were enjoyed after multiple complex surgeries. Attention to detail and follow up made us feel like we were a family member. Can’t thank those guys enough.

Doctor Klotz and Doctor Daino saved my leg 24 years ago after a traumatic injury resulting from a car accident. All these years later and they still treat me like a family member. Amazing doctors and beautiful people.
