Made appointment over a month ago via doc doc. Getting ready to leave office and realize I have not had a confirmation call so I called them. Person who answered advised dr does not see patients at 7 pm which showed as available but yet no one called me to advise that!! Class act 😡

The office staff was lovely but Dr. Murray had very poor bedside manner, poor follow up, and just was probably the worst physician interaction I ever had. Dr. Murray leaves a lot to be desired in a family doctor. Avoid if you can.

became her patient one year ago. Yesterday, pain and maybe a UTI, quickly getting worse, blood in the urine, I tried to make an apptmt to see her. I was told there were no apptmts available that day, to come the next day or go to an urgicenter. She wouldnt talk with me on the phone, and when I asked if she’d call in a script for me in the background she said no, because i have to be seen by a doctor if i have blood in urine! My dr husband diagnosed a kidney infection. Malpractice!!!

I am coming down with something, I know my body and I am always right. I am in the medical field myself. That so I saw her to get my self checked and have an antibiotic prescribed. She told me that I am ok and to just drink alot of water and ride it out! I asked her if i can atleast get a Zpak cause i will be away and i might need it while I dont have access to a doctor. Well guess what I am completely sick now and having a high grade fever. I saw my doctor and said i have a resperatory infectio
