Great visiting Dr. Melamed from start to finish. Very friendly team that made you feel right at home and Dr. Melamed is one of those rare doctors who not only conveys unbound competence but also handles every patient with a calm focus that makes you feel truly taken care of. Best eye doctor I have ever been to!

Super punctual (he even took us early when we arrived 15 min early) and really nice. Great bedside manner. Also his secretary was helpful in checking to make sure the doctor took my insurance when I first called to make the appointment and got back to me right away with the info. Small things that really make an impression and that you don’t find anymore with most doctors. Def recommend!

Excellent physician have used for 20+ years. minimal waiting parking free parking is available as are Saturday hours. Believe is good to work for as little to no turnover in the office staff.

Dr. Melamed himself is very easy going, nice and gentle. His secretaries can be hit or miss. They can be temperamental. They seem to not be interested in any level of patient consideration or insurance knowledge. They want to make your appointment and have their job end there. But they can also be kind when they are in the mood. Therefore, this overall experience is pretty meh as I feel that if there were something a bit more pressing I wouldn't be able to rely on this office.

I had the best experience with doctor Melamed, I mean seriously I'm like wow with my vision is so much better. This doctors office is the best I've ever visited, I've been to too many with my condition and I'm just thrilled. They have a great staff, and I recommend this doctor a 100%.

My entire family uses Dr Melamed. He always takes the time to answer your questions . Good with my teens ( and my son needs to see him frequently for prescription changes)

Love this office. The staff is always accommodating and the Doctor is so easy going and thorough. I have been with this practice for 18 years and have never been disappointed by the service offered.

We were patients for 15 years; The front desk staff was never welcoming. My son was given an incorrect prescription, The doctor would not check him again without charging me $150. I lost money for eye glasses that were the wrong prescription and lost $300 for two visits that led to nothing! I called to ask for a copy of my other sons prescription, the rude front desk woman refused to give me a copy of the prescription. I owe more money stated all family records are withheld. Terrible service;
