My physician for many years. Very thorough, listens and asks questions. Superb staff.

I was a former patient of the doctor that did not se the doctor for three years as I was not sick, I had some family issues and was unable to conduct my yearly physical either. This year I called the office to set up a physical ans was told I needed to start as a new patient. My insurance coverage gives me a free physical once a year and assumed this would be free as he is an i network dr. After being billed for a follow up visit to review my bloodwork from the physical and billed by quest diagnostic for my bloodwork I called the office to find out why. I thought there was a mistake and called the office where a very rude young lady, Vivienne, ignored what I had to say and was told that the follow up was because I was a new patient? and that was considered an office visit and I also owe Quest for the blood they drew and sent to them for my FREE physical. These people are thieves and if they take advantage of a person just getting a physical I can't imagine what they will do to someone who is sick.

Dr Polizzi was my primary for 15 years and I was devastated when my ins was not available for him. He diagnosed and saved my life twice. I have yet to find a more competent replacement since.if you need a doctor , you need Polizzi

Dr. Polizzi is the most thorough Dr I've ever been to. He's thoughtful and explains things very well. He explores all possibilities to find out why you are not feeling well. Highly recommend

Vivian is unprofessional and rude. I needed a prescription and she said her only availability was 2 weeks away. She had no concern for me or my well being. Stopping the medicine abruptly would put me at risk of withdrawal and other serious complications. She didn't care. Her position is to help patients and be kind, helpful and understanding. I received help from Valley hospital witin 24 hours.

Myself and wife have been going to Dr. Polizzi for over 20 years. We both have found Dr. Polizzi and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Polizzi, through his thoroughness, was able to detect medical concerns that I was not aware of, and provide or direct the necessary medical attention. Highly recommended.

Been going to see Dr Polizzi for years and he helped me when I had kidney issues. I’m still here and strong, so he must be doing a good job. Staff is also great and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful staff, they always work with my schedule and are quick to answer any of my questions. Yadira is amazing, she makes me laugh and keeps my mind off getting needles which even as an adult I have difficulty with. Vivian is simply amazing! Every time I’ve been there she’s always ready with a smile and helps me out when I have scheduling conflicts or a problem obtaining my prescription. I wish I could give more stars!
