No complaints with the Dr. He is thorough, caring and personable. There is, however, someone in his office who is rude, and unhelpful. We have a billing dispute, and she would not listen to our side. We have no deductible, yet our bill is showing a balance due to deductible. When we questioned the legitimacy of the claim we were told no more appointments until the bill is paid.

I FIND DR. ORITZ TO BE A GREAT DOCTOR. HE LISTENS AND IS ON TOP OF ALL BLOOD RESULTS. HE ADVISES AND SHOWS HIS INTENT TO GET YOU BETTER. DR. ORTIZ AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Ortiz and was thoroughly impressed by his thoroughness, caring manner and knowledge base. As a health care provider myself, I can be somewhat critical of medical services/ practitioners. He gets an A++.

Dr. Ortiz is friendly, caring, and keeps up to date on all the latest information in endocrinology. He takes his time, listens to questions, and answers in an understandable way. His staff is friendly, and you can call and reach a person. He's my favorite doctor in my favorite practice—I can't give a stronger recommendation.
