Dr. Zoglin prescribed me opiates and benzodiazepines at the same time. Never suggesting that it was time to discontinue use. A different MD looked at my medication list and told me I had to come off these drugs, he said I was killing myself. I had 2 awful detoxes from these drugs. It wasn't until these drugs were out of my system that I realized how much my life had been negatively impacted by these 2 drugs. Also I was prescribed an inhaler that contained stetoids for my asthma. It wasn't giving me relief and I asked for a medication review and was told I was taking the "Gold Standard" drug for asthma. After asking for a referral from a specialist , who did several hour of testing and interviews, it was determined that I had COPD and a different non- steroidal medication would be better. With this new medication I breathe better than I have in 6 years.

This MD prescribed me opiates and benzodiazepines at the same time for over 10 years. Without ever suggesting that I discontinue taking either one of them. Also prescribed me a steroid inhaler for asthma for 20 + years. When I asked for a medication review he refused. Saying I was taking the "gold standard". When I was seen by a Pulmonary Specialist and had over an hour of testing and an interview it was determined that I had COPD and other medications would be better suited for me. I switched medications and I am breathing better than I have in years.

Not thrilled with the entire office. Not sure if it's incompetence or lack of care but back on June 24th I left Paid family leave papers at the office for the dr to fill out his portion. It was never completed or returned to me or sent in to NYS as the receptionist told me they were going to do. In July I FAXED papers there and I DID get papers back BUT NOT ALL OF THEM. I had to fill out some replacement papers. Thanks ....😐

Nice caring doctor with an amazing bedside manner who doesn’t judge you if you have are on methadone I can’t say the same for the office staff...

I have been seeing Dr Zoghlin for nearly 20years. He never tries rushing me out ,can ask anything I trust him implicitly and he stays up to date with new proceedures. He also is very kind and remembers his patients. He has gotten me through a great deal of medical problems I thank goodness I have him and the great staff as I don't have to worry knowing that someone is always on call and know your history. Also you never have to wait long to get in.

Dr. Zoghlin has been my family PCP for 30 years. He is calm, he listens, he teaches, he cares about how I feel and my opinions about my treatment. He is knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest medical information and is readily available on the office portal for questions between visits. He calls me back personally if I call for assistance. I trust him. Couldn't ask for more.

Would strongly advise avoiding this physician.... rather reckless in over prescribing multiple controlled substances that clearly exhibit both addictive and dangerous consequences. Apparently his chemistry knowledge leaves a lot to be desired. The other staff and providers are exceptional!!
