Very friendly office . Dr. Tun made me feel very comfortable . She answered all my questions and concerns. Just give your self some extra time if you are driving since they don’t have a parking lot for patients.

I had my first visit today and I was thoroughly impressed with the Covid precautions, professionalism of the front desk, and cleanliness of the office. Dr. Tun is friendly and listens to your concerns. I am so grateful to have found her.

Had appointment scheduled and the staff never called to leave message or cancel. Went to appointment to find out that Dr Tun did not even come in.

Excellent OBGYN, was very understanding, respectful, kind, never rushed us, answered all of our concerns. She delivered our first baby at the Main St Hospital, and couldn’t be happier to have chosen her, she is everything you want in an OBGYN.

Dr. Tun delivered both my daughter and my son! She is an excellent doctor. Don't let her young looking face fools you lol, she's talented and gentle. Before delivering my daughter, I've heard a lot of stories about doctors who don't like to wait for a long labor time and would go for c-section and stuff (I work in hospital too) I was scared by those stories. Dr. Tun patiently waited for 15 hours of my labor! She kept saying that I was progressing so she wouldn't opt for c-section unless it's emergency. I couldn't thank enough. As for my son, I felt comfortable since I knew she's the on-call doctor that day and I was bleeding excessively than normal, but she skillfully handled the matter. She stitched me up very well. I therefore would highly recommend anyone to her!!

This is probably the worse doctor I have encountered. I went to her because Dr Wong was not available. I had a severe case of abnormal bleeding. She did her test and the results was not good. Instead of calling me to come and discuss my options. She delivers the news over the phone and just basically washed her hands clean and said you need to see a specialist. After hanging up and hearing this life changing news, I did nothing but cry. I didn't know what to do. My family called the office and asked for more details. The kind nurse on the phone suggested we come in and discuss. We did. We spoke with the nurse once we arrived. She sent us in to see Dr. Tun and she was less than thrilled. Basically reiterated the fact that she can't help from this point forward. Honestly, for someone who is not familiar with the situation, all I wanted was to at least understand what it is that I have. I get that she can't help but she could've at least tell me the next steps and the possibilities. What I got was the sense that she didn't want to have anything to do with me. Her lack of empathy and care made me feel like an annoyance. Any questions I asked was answered with negativity, impatience and blame. She told us to seek a specialist and told us the receptionist/nurse will provide that detail. The nurse at the front desk was really helpful, she explained things more in depth than Dr tun did. Even offered to have us call anytime we have a question or just wanted to follow up or even comfort.
