Nicholas Renaldo's Online Review Report Card

Wow...extremely surprised to see the negative comments because Dr. Renaldo has been nothing but professional in my case. I'm suffering from Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Renaldo is trying everything in his power to avoid a full out Laminectomy and spinal fusion. I am glad for that because I've heard from people who have had it are better, but with physical limitations. We first tried two rounds of spinal injections, pretty close to each other since the first one didn't do much at all (neither did the second). Dr. Renaldo was far from dismissive as others claim. He listened and heard me. He is recommending a Laminotomy before a Laminectomy. He thoroughly explained the procedure in simple terms to me. I felt comfortable with his recommendations. He fully understands that all I want is relief and to resume my normal active physcial life. I also realize he isn't a miracle worker and can only do so much. I recommend Dr. Renaldo.

Efficient and comprehensive

Dr Renaldo is straightforward, honest and caring all at the same time. He has been truthful about things I needed to do to begin the process of getting better- 1) 1st to lose some weight. Sure we all don’t like to hear these types instruction. But he was honest and he was right!! So, I did follow his suggestion and lost some weight and thanks to his honesty I am better for it and am on the right path to healing. In addition, Dr Renaldo recommended 2)PainManagement, 3) then a MRI and 4) a treatment plan to alleviate my severe back pain! I simply can’t thank Dr Renaldo enough for my treatment plan thus far and have the utmost respect and adoration for his professionalism and genuine concern for his patients. He is a great caring, kind and compassionate spine Dr! I would recommend him to the anyone and everyone and beyond. Just listen to him, stay out of your feelings, and know he wants the best for you if you allow him room to be your spinal professional Doctor.

Dr. Renaldo and his staff were excellent. My neck has never felt better since my disc replacement one year ago. I’ll always be grateful for him.

Rude, long wait. Barely checked me! Blamed my weight! I just lost 50 pounds. My weight not the reason here! Useless. PA MUCH BETTER.

I Don't have days to write what I've been and going through these past years..My back surgery was 2 years and well on my way to 5 months more ago..all the Ivy therapy, home therapy, and years at Planet Fitness..2-3 hours several times per week with a trainer I'm No further ahead than in the 1st 3 months..Everyday is the same, walker & or electric wheel chair..very little pain when I'm sitting or laying, but Definitely not laying on my back..As soon as I stand or to take a step, I live with 7-10 pain ..Epidorials don't help narcotic help to keep me at a 6-7 level..Do to the fact my surgery & doctor bill Co-Pays are Far out of my reach..now that I'm on a payment plan ..You refuse to see me.? Only in America..can a Dr. perform a surgery for hundreds of thousands of dollars get paid without resonable success..and then refuse to see the patient..I would like a simple explanation why this happened..You did say you've never preformed surgery this extensive..I did have faith, but failed

Most low-key patient shaming experience of my life. This doctor is only interested in treating skinny patients, others get body shamed and dismissed, rudely. Entire practice has fallen apart over past 2 years. Staff is also negligent and very unhelpful. You simply cannot get ahold of them and calls, emails, texts and website requests will be completely ignored. Had to go to walk in clinic to get a response. They also drop patients who complain.

I found Doctor Renaldo to be considerate, informative, and took his time answering all my questions. His office help was very pleasant, and helpful, wait time was less than 15 minutes. I woul highly reccommend him to all my family and friends.
