Visited here for the first time. My son had to get a Covid test because he wasn't feeling all that great and I wanted to be sure he was okay. The receptionist was very nice and the nurse Michelle was super nice as well; the doctor was very funny joking around with my son to make him feel comfortable and actually made my son laugh. We were in and out of there in a timely manner no waiting really which made it all the more pleasant. Thank you PM Pediatrics! We appreciate you! :)
0 stars!!!! To start, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. I took a covid test here after showing a few symptoms. Receptionist told me my results would be ready in 1-2 days. Then the person who administered my test told me it would take 2-3 days. After the third day with no results I called & the person on the phone told me the results would take 3-5 days due to the lab being backed up. I would usually be understanding of this however I have had 3 separate family members get tested after me & they have already received their results. How are the labs backed up & the tests are not even being done IN ORDER! i have been out of work for a week already & I cannot go back without a doctors note & my test results. Completely unprofessional & I do not recommend. Today makes day 7 with no results by the way. I call & nobody knows anything.
They have always taken great care of our kiddo, from tummy bugs to a broken wrist. Staff is kind, docs are so great with a scared kid and I’m take the time to speak with them, as well as the parent.
Dr. Killion is very friendly, professional and caring, he takes time to listen and you don’t feel like you are being rushed. The clinic is very clean and I like that I can book the visit before I take my kids there.
PM pediatrics is a blessing. Our child was screaming in pain so we went to the ER. 14 hours later we were discharged with incorrect diagnosis. The next day we went to PM, waited 3 minutes to be seen, they gave correct diagnosis (and pedialite pops) and we got covid tests results back fast! Never going back to ER as long as PM is open!
I was advised by my pediatrician to take my daughter to urgent care because of her wheezing. She had coincidentally tested positive for RSV and parainfluenza, which I informed the PMP staff when I arrived. I also let them know that I was advised to take her in because my daughter’s MD wanted to make sure her lungs were clear. I would have gone to my daughter’s doctor but it was past 5pm. My little one is 22 months old.The physician assistant in training listened to my daughter’s lungs and all was clear— thank God. She didn’t hear any wheezing, which was great, but showed concern if the wheezing was coming from the throat area. She advised 3 days of steroids, which I was fine with. Before moving forward with this care plan, we had to be seen by the doctor who was completely dismissive. Dr. X told me and my husband that the only reason why I was there was because the minute I heard my kid had RSV and parainfluenza, I ran to urgent care. She also said that these respiratory panels weren’t made for children. That all these panels do is create chaos and make parents worry. Granted — yes I am worried, but I would rather know what’s wrong with my child than brush her illness off. What about preventative care?I politely stated I was worried about my daughter because she was wheezing throughout the day and not only because my little one was diagnosed with RSV and parainfluenza. We left without any care plan. It was a complete waste of time for me and added more stress to my child.I am closely monitoring my child and will follow up with our amazing pediatrician Dr. G from CMM

Horrible doctor and experience. My toddler had a classic pulled elbow and instead of examining her and reseting it quickly, the doctor stood in the doorway and told me if she could raise her arms she could leave—all while she is crying hysterically. I also overheard the nurse tell him he told them to administer the wrong test to the patient next to me. Incompetence. I went to the Sharon ER the next morning and was night and day! My toddler is fine and happy. Do not take your child here.
My ear is in so much pain and there is no one here and no doctors are helping there is no one here
I went there bringing my 2 1/2-year-old who had a fever and I was nervous it was a UTI because the last time she was in the situation she ended up having a kidney infection and being admitted to the hospital for five days. I brought her and instead of treating her for the fever I was given a long discussion about why I shouldn’t be breast-feeding her at this age and asked about why she isn’t potty trained by now. I will never come here again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
