Hornell Office's Online Review Report Card

I've ALWAYS had excellent care not only from my primary physician, but from the staff as well. I've been a patient there since i moved to NY six years ago. Ive NEVER had a problem or a situation arise where someone was rude or obnoxious to me. But, I'm not rude or obnoxious to them either. Not My Doctor

Terrible service, long wait times, and the worst clerical staff I ever seen definitely won’t be going back here !!

I can’t even get someone on the line to make an appointment these are the only pediatricians in a town of 10,000 people with a lot of kids. This is sad more options need to be demanded of to the city to get professionals in here. Very bad place.

I had a very unpleasant experience and visit to the dentist on September 9th, at 9 am. The dentist/doctor working that morning was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only to me but also to his assistant- who he snapped at because he needed something. I liked this office up until now, but at this point I will be finding a new dentist to go to. From the time he walked in the room- you could already tell he was in a bad mood, he was completely dismissive and did not listen to, or hear a single thing I said. But then kept asking me the same questions over and over again to which- I had to repeat myself about 5x each question. I'm not sure what the deal is but- if you're not happy in your career- find a new job instead of making other people miserable. People are supposed to be able to come there and rely on you and trust you that you know what you're doing - but I didn't feel that way at all that day. You didn't have one solution for one of my problems, you did not help me at all- so not really sure why you are in this field. But I hope other people don't have to have- the unpleasant experience of having to deal with you- the way you were that day. Coming to the dentist is already not a great experience for anyone, and you just made it worse. You need to work on your professionalism and not take your crap out on somebody because you're having a bad day - nobody deserves that. I was made to feel as if coming here isn't a safe idea for my teeth because you seemed completely incompetent that day. I had just gotten off of a 10-hour shift and then had to come there and deal with that crap, thank you for ruining my morning. And making it so I now have to go out of my way and be inconvenienced to find a new dentist. People should never have to feel this way. Nobody cares anymore. And this is quality of care that poor people's insurance will get you. Real nice.

I've always had great service with them if I call with one of my children sick I always get a appointment the same day they always make sure my question are answered and away take the time and I like that when I go in they know who my children are and I dont have to remind them my daughter is now 11 years old she has been going there since she was a new born and my son is 4 and same he been there since he was a new born and both children love them all.

I can't even call in a medication request.They make you wait so long. Im probably going to run out of my meds! I wish I had another option. The medical and dental offices don't seem to care. They don't wanna help with basic procedures. If you have any other option I would not go to Oak Orchard!!

Waited 52 minutes!! to talk to a human, (all I wanted to do was schedule an appt) when they FINALLY answer... CLICK!!!!I know the staff I have worked with before are great people.But this? THIS!? This is corporate BS!!!

I called today to see if they could fit me in for an appointment. I’ve been on hold for an hour and I am still on hold. Terrible, terrible service. I hate that Canisteo valley family practice joined them.

Judgemental and rude providers that don't listen and don't care about what patients need.
