This office is clearly not run very efficiently. I called to schedule an appointment as a new customer who had just recently moved here. I was told the earliest appointment was in February. Most dentist keep at least one open spot for new customers. The woman that took my call did not even take my information just in case they had a cancellation and a spot opened up. This is how you lose clients and do not gain any new ones.

I visited Oak Orchard Health yesterday for dental services. The dental hygienist, Emily, is wonderful - skilled, friendly and informative. They use the latest technology for x-rays and do everything they can to inform you of their process. What I appreciated is the holistic perspective for dental care and oral health. They will take your blood pressure and ask medical questions to ascertain your needs that may affect your dental and overall health. Dr. Berkowitz was friendly and professional. He didn't have me spend more $$ than I needed for my dental needs. One thing to know is that it took me some time to get a first time client appointment (about 5 months), and they do offer sliding scale fees for those who need it.
