Fast and nice staff. Need to be a little cleaner but experience was good doctor was very helpful listened and took good care of my mother. His assistant very thoughtful made is feel at ease.

We went there today to get my non verbal Autistic son a precautionary Covid test due to a mild cough. Thankfully he was negative but the staff was very accommodating and helpful in getting it done since he struggles and fights us when we have to get him tested. They are the best!

The worst experience i've ever had at an urgent care. Never going back to this place. 4 hour wait to have a 5 minute argument with the doctor.

I waited for over 2 hrs to be placed in a room and wait another 30 min because the doctor had to keep leaving the room for covid test

I had made an appointment online for 2:40, wasn’t seen till 4 o’clock. The receptionist said it will only be a 30 min wait, I was in the waiting room and ppl were coughing with their mask half down, the nurse who took my vitals and gave me the covid test was really nice but I wasn’t greeted the same by the nurse practitioner, she gave me the “she was fed up for the day” attitude. But I was too sick to even care. I do not recommend this place, the practitioner said the covid medication has side effects, duh, and she didn’t want me calling in like others have called in mad that they have these side effects. She was treating me as if I had called in complaining about a drug I hadn’t even tried. Wasn’t polite at all.

Waited 3 1/2 hours . Then at 6:30 they telling people to come back tomorrow. I thought this was a URGENT CARE . There were only 4 people and my self waiting . Not GOOD BUSINESS.
