I had Dr. Pomichter for quite a few years. My husband and I moved away and when we moved back I had an appointment with him. Two hours before my appointment I got a phone call from a receptionist who accused me of lying. Which I didn't do. And canceled my appointment. She shouldn't be allow to deal with people. In 67 years I've never been treated this way by anyone!!

Dr. Pomichter is wonderful with my developmentally disabled, elderly person! He takes the time to go over every little detail with us and treats my little lady like she is his grandmother. It is not often in my profession that I see a doctor so caring and gentle with my elderly folks. I would highly recommend Dr. Pomichter to anyone!

Dr. Pomichter is a great doctor...he has all the attributes that you wish for in a PCP...he is compassionate yet firm, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and given how busy he is, he still manages to spend as much time with you as you need. His staff is incredible...they return (and answer) phone calls immediately for prescription refills, referrals or emergency calls. I never have to sit for long in the waiting room--they are ready for me at my scheduled time. We are so lucky to have him. He is one of the finest doctors I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Best doctor ever he is very caring and make sure you know and feel that he will do his best to help your situation.I have being his patient for 14 years and never have you wait on him.He and his staff treats you like family.

He has been my doctor for many years and I have recommended him to a friend. He is a professional who listens to your concerns and never ends a visit until he's sure you are comfortable with everything. If a specialist is needed, he follows your care and sees you himself soon after that treatment is completed. If you need to call after hours, his on-call replacements are also excellent and never rush you through your concerns. This man is a wonderful doctor with a friendly, supportive staff who truly cares for his patients.

I find it hard to believe the few reviews complaining about Dr. Pomichter and/or his staff because my experience has been exactly the opposite. I think he and his staff are incredibly thorough, compassionate, attentive and efficient. They are busy so they do not waste time. But they are very professional and know what they are doing. They promptly return my phone calls and handle any prescription refills. I find them extremely organized and excellent at follow-up. I never wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room--they are on time. Dr. Pomichter is a terrific doctor and human being--similarly, his nurses and assistants are wonderful. We are fortunate to have such a great team in our rural area.
