Best doctor I've ever had in my life, extremely down to earth person who will be upfront with you. Had many doctors, and can say my conversations with her are very personal and productive.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. M. Reed. She takes her time to listen and explain on a level that is so helpful to make a decision on a most serious problem. I feel very confident and relaxed when I go to the office. Her staff is friendly and helpful and the waiting time is right on time. I highly recommend her, to go above and beyond to find your illness and her knowledge you will find to be amazing. She has helped me and I totally trust her and her experience.

She takes her time to listen and explain what my options are and I have total trust in her and her knowledge . Dr. Monica Reed has provided exceptional care to me since I started seeing her. She is a consummate professional, up-to-date with recent research and seeks to understand my unique needs and concerns. She diagnosed a medical condition that was previously untreated, because she took the time to look at my health from many perspectives. Not only does she have a great bedside manner, she creates a medical plan with my input and agreement, with options available to me if there are some. She is direct and tells me what I need to hear, in a caring and honest manner - with the goal of having an open discussion about my health. She probably does not get thanked enough for her commitment to her patients. Columbia Memorial Health is very lucky to have her providing care in this community!!!

Dr. MONICA Reed was an incredible physician who left the Delta Internal Medicine practice in the late 2000's. I would assume that any recent reviews of Dr. Reed likely pertain to Dr. MICHELLE Reed who is currently in practice with the Delta Internal Medicine group and is a sorry substitute for Monica Reed. Monica Reed was everything that Michelle Reed is not: caring, compassionate, and concerned with the patient's entire well-being. I can assure you that Monica Reed would never tell a patient that they have "mental issues," but that Michelle Reed would be capable of saying this without batting an eyelash. This listing should be corrected or removed as it is incredibly misleading and does a disservice to the still practicing Dr. Monica Reed (who I believe is currently in practice in Hudson, New York).

Worst doctor I've ever seen. If you're sick with anything she doesn't know about she will push you off onto someone else. She told me I had " mental issues " because I cried in her office..

Dr. Reed listens to all my comments and concerns, makes excellent recommendations for care and prescriptions, and makes appropriate referrals when needed. Dr. Reed takes the time needed to understand my questions and to explain all diagnoses and test results (and does so better than some of the specialists in the network). Dr. Reed is truly a primary care physician who knows and coordinates all my health care needs in addition to her own practice. Dr. Reed is patient, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Truly the best doctor I have seen since college (about 50 years).

She started off being diligent then it became more and more difficult contacting her or her office. Sometimes the phone would never be answered. She also seeems to spend a lot of time away from the office. It took me 2 weeeks after an emergency room visit to get an appointment by the time I saw her and got a referral the bones had fused too late to be set. Then on another occasion I was following up as instructed after ER treatment for concussion but she refused to help me insisting I go back to the ER 40 miles even though my symptoms very no worse than when the hospital discharged me.

Dr. Reed was very understanding and personable. She listened to my medical issues and she found whatever way she could to get me better. She is a true meaning of putting a patient first. She tries her hardest to please all her patients from what I see.

Ive been going to DR Reed for almost 2 years. She takes the time to explain things and listens to you. She has been right on the money diagnosing my ills. I recently went to a sports medicine doctor for knee pain. They took x-rays and prescribed a cream for tendinitis which did almost nothing for the pain. I was in pain for months. She prescribed muscle relaxers and the next day the pain was gone.
