probably the most unprofessional receptionist i've ever dealt with in my life. i manage a team of 10 receptionists and i'd fire them on the spot if i heard them talk to a client that way. disgusting.

Had total knee replacement surgery on February 28 2020 and so far so good knee feels strong only 3 months out Dr Alpert did a great job Highly recommend him.

Dr. Alpert performed surgery on my knee in 1997 now when I tried to schedule a consult not only was the receptionist rude she laughed at the fact that I was seeking a second opinion for surgery on my ankle. She would not even assist me in having a conversation with the Dr. whom I've had a great relationship with in the past. Very discouraging considering I was a patient previously. Great Dr., lousy staff.

Dr. Alpert did surgery on my knee about 20 years ago, did a reverse total shoulder replacement about a year ago and a knee replacement several months later. I can’t say enough about his willingness to answer all of my questions and his skills as a surgeon. My results far exceeded my expectations. His office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. He is everything you want in a surgeon.

Had Total Hip Replacement on October 29th. Dr. Alpert is a caring surgeon who emphasizes conservative rehabilitation. He is easy to understand. Doesn't rush you through office visits. His staff at Huntington Hospital and office are first rate. Couldn't have had a better experience and a better outcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Alpert for your orthopedic care.

You may or may not have a long wait to see him, but it is absolutely worth the wait. He is patient, kind, answers all of your questions and, most importantly, is an extraordinarily skilled surgeon.
