Incompetent and disinterested in well being of patient Neglected very clear symptoms of appendicitis. 2 weeks after appendectomy was given one restriction on activity which was to lift no more than 20#. Seems a bit unsafe to tell a full time fitness instructor. “If you hear a pop you’ll know you’ve gotten a hernia”

Last year, was admitted to Huntington Hospital for emergency appendectomy. Dr. Godwin performed my surgery and I am so glad he did. Turns out my appendix was perforated. I had no complications and healed quickly. He explained everything to me prior to the surgery and afterwards as to what to expect. His office staff were very helpful as well. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Godwin or his office.

Dr Godwin is One of the best gastric sleeve surgeons in Huntington hospital. I Had my surgery done with him I followed all instructions and never have any medical issues at all after surgery!❤️❤️

I was rushed to the Huntington Hospital last Saturday, I was in extreme pain in my stomach, after the hospital ran all the test it turn out i needed my gallbladder removed. They called Dr. Godwin and even though i was not on his schedule, i needed the surgery done asap. He did my surgery and i have to say i was very pleased. He removed the gallbladder laparoscopic he did an amazing job. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Godwin is a gem. He performed my sleeve surgery and I had absolutely no complications. From the first time we met at my consultation, I felt comfortable, informed and confident. I have lost 80 lbs already and no longer need to be on diabetes medication. I would definitely recommend Dr. Godwin to anyone of my friends or family members!
