Dr. Chau M Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

I don’t get the great reviews on here about this doctor. She didn’t offer any options for my condition. Zero beside manner. Zero personality. Didn’t even make a chart for me. Wrote my history and her notes on a folded sheet of paper. Seeing her was a colossal waste of time and money. Would never go back to her. AVOID.

Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I’ve been to. Not only is she a brilliant doctor and provides the highest quality work/services but she’s also an amazing person as well. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a doctor and she always takes extra care to explain things to you. Additionally, her staff are all amazing people too. Hands down the best practice and if you need a great dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.

Love Dr. Nguyen. She treats my whole family for all our dermatology needs. She recommended a few products from her own line for my kids and they worked miracles. She also recommended 2 products from her line for my more cosmetic needs and now it’s part of my must have daily routine. She’s got great bedside manners, and is more then just selling you on what you ask for. First time I went in to see her I had gone in for cosmetic reasons. She put a hold on what I wanted her to do and told me she needed to treat my rosacea 1st. I had no idea I had rosacea, and she would of definitely made more that visit doing what I wanted. She works great with my kids. Her staff are very polite and friendly. Appointments are reasonably available, as for sick appointments, she’s always seen us same day. Her office is super clean and very pretty. I would definitely recommend her.

Care and service has really gone downhill since she is in the new office. Pushed a $50 bottle of her own product on me that didn't work, and now is asking for more money after my co-pay and insurance paid the bill... even though she spent less that 5 minutes with me. I loved her when she belongs to another practice, but I will not be going back. Even though I have seen her for years, she now only seems to be interested in selling her products and procedures to make a money and not even addressing patient questions. She rushed in and out in moments without taking a minute to talk address my concerns as she had in the past.

All the staff is very professional and sweet . She is the nicest lady ever. Everytime I have a skin issue she listens and feels my pain . She even discounts me if I come multiple Times a week . Thank you doc. God bless you.

Dr. Nguyen has been treating me for a chronic skin inflammatory condition for about a year. She is the best dermatologist I have ever gone to. She truly cares about her patients and their conditions, her empathy and bedside manner are unbelievable.

One word to describe Dr. Nguyen- outstanding! Been to many dermatologist, by far the best.

This place is such a beautiful office with lovely staff who is always helpful and cheerful on the phones and in perfect. Dr Nguyen is so intelligent and very personable.

I had such a pleasant experience coming here. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.The office itself was nicely decorated and clean, and the all of the staff members I encountered were so friendly. I've been to doctors before where you can tell they are so busy that you feel like you are being rushed, but that is definitely not the case with Dr. Nguyen. I felt totally valued as a patient, and was treated effectively. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently switched dermatologists. Dr. Nguyen was recommended by my friend. She is professional, thorough and I am so happy with my skin. The staff is organized, attentive, and efficient.
