My husband had a heart scarred last weekend. The heart Surgeon recommended that we follow up. My Primary Care Dr. Kazenoff recommended Dr. Papaleo. My husband and I went to his Huntington Office to obtain an application. We ended up being completely turned off by the rudeness of Dr Papaleo's front desk receptionist. Just wondering now, if we should make an appointment. Dr, Papaleo seems to have good reviews.

Dr. Pompleo was amazing to us when my fiancé had a heart issue yesterday. He spent so much time with her and I, explained everything while in emergency room cardio unit. Later he visited the room 3 times before leaving shift in the early am hours, and was back in the next day. We are now going to use him as a primary cardiologist

Dr.Papaleo's staff as well as himself are simply amazing people. Their "bedside manner" should be a guideline for other physicians.

I’ve used Dr Papaleo for a number of years. He genuinely cares about his patients, listens to them and respects their time. I’ve always been treated properly and would recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist.

Once you get past the front desk the experience is amazing, however receptionists are very rude and treat elderly horribly. During my visit I observed everyone who interacted with front desk who was unprofessional and had no empathy or friendliness. Very sad since Dr. Papaleo and his PA and his nurses were amazing...
