We have brought both of our children to Melissa, and she has been an invaluable resource for our family. With our first child, she was incredibly helpful when we were just starting out with breastfeeding and gave us the guidance and support we needed during those early days. With our second, we brought him to Melissa for bodywork, and the difference was truly noticeable. We could visibly see the tension in his body ease during and after the session, and he seemed so much more relaxed afterward. Melissa is knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful with newborns. We are so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to any new or expecting parents!

I have known Melissa professionally and now personally for over 15 years. She is amazing what she does. She is caring provider who puts her clients above everything. She has worked "miracles" on patients that had diffilcuty feeding both on the breast and on the bottle. I trust her 100% with my patients.

Melissa is sweet, professional and was so playful with my daughter! This made oral motor therapy seem more like play than therapy. My daughter loved her sessions! Melissa worked with her to strengthen her muscles and prepared her for tongue and lip tie releases. Working with Melissa before the procedure made it so she was in such a great place with her oral motor functioning after the revision! Melissa is so knowledgeable and educates the parent along the way so you know why she’s choosing a certain intervention. I have spent a lifetime suffering with TMJ pain and saw over a dozen professionals of all sorts, a few of them being myofunctional therapists. Unfortunately some professionals use a cookie cutter approach and don't tailor specifically to the patient's issues, but this wasn't the case for Melissa. Melissa Golstein thinks outside the box. She tailored the exercises and treatment to my rather complex case... and together we were always sharing feedback about what was helping and what wasn't. Melissa was by far, the most helpful part of my "care team". Her knowledge of how the jaw, tongue, muscles etc. all work together was tremendously helpful in finally figuring out the best treatment options. For the 1st time in over 50 years of living, I don't have the TMJ tightness and jaw pain that I did for decades. Her work with me truly changed my life and helped my overall health and well-being! I am truly grateful for her expertise! I highly recommend Melissa for not only her knowledge about proper evaluations, but also to go to a knowledgeable myofunctional therapist before and after a tongue or lip tie release.
