Phone rang about 25 times before girl picked up and told me to hold. I waited for a period of 40 minutes before I just gave up. Not sure about the doctors but if the customer service is any representation of the treatment you'll receive.....then good luck.

Super duper dismissive and all around a bad experience here. Listen to the reviews dont waste your time

My wife has chronic oral problems that have been unsolved for a while. The doctor here gaslit her saying (1) they weren't real problems, and (2) if they were real, they were caused by excessive consumption of alcohol. My wife hardly drinks at all. He didn't even ask her how much she drinks. We also got a mysterious Final Past Due Notice for a bill we never got. It didn't say what we were charged for, and they didn't answer the phone or return calls. We didn't owe anything other than the copay (which was already paid). Finally learning what everyone says: don't go to doctors in Ithaca.

I came in as a singer concerned about a lingering illness that had seriously effected my voice. Dr. Ruparelia was fantastic. He took to time to ask me my medical background and consider all factors. He also explained everything to me. He was able to find the problem and diagnose it with in minutes. I'm currently on medication and looking forward to having my full voice again.

The Doctor was very nice, direct, and professional as were the nurses. However, the administrative personnel were making rude comments about myself and other patients within earshot from the waiting room which is wildly unprofessional and juvenile.

I went here for plugged ears. They gave me an hearing test stuck a camera up my nose two weeks later I go back they stick a camera up my nose and tell me they don’t know what’s wrong do you want to go see an allergist what a joke. I’ve been like this for about nine weeks no help I thought they were a professional. What a rip off the hearing test is what blows my mind they called my name I got up that should’ve been good enough. Did not solve my problem save your money go out of Ithaca update, went to the allergist, and I don’t have no allergies. Gotta go see a different ENT. Somebody that maybe cares. about their patients.

This clinic deserves 0 stars and a malpractice lawsuit. Sadly my case is past the statue of limitations but I would sue if I could. I should have made the trip to nyc in the first place to go to real doctors after being misdiagnosed and now having to do therapy and possibly surgery because I didn’t get the fight diagnosis at the right time

i went here a few months ago for microsuction on compacted earwax. this procedure notoriously isn’t supposed to hurt, and if it does it should only be mild discomfort. i left their office in TEARS. i didnt even let them finish the procedure, after the 5th or 6th time the woman hit me god knows where that caused blinding pain i demanded she stop and she tried to tell me no because we were “almost done”. other nurses came in ready to HOLD ME DOWN to finish the procedure. i had to physically wriggle around to keep them from grabbing me and continuing the procedure, half yell at them that i was done and wasn’t going to let them do any more. when i got home i later found out my ear was bleeding. avoid avoid avoid. even online i can’t find anyone who’s ever had such a negative experience with micro suction, i dont even understand how it’s possible they caused me so much pain. and i didnt even know i wasnt the only one with a bad experience here until checking the reviews.

I used to see the old doctor before he moved to Florida. He said a had canal stenosis and told me to be seen again in 5 years for possible reexamination for surgery . New staff told me I had to get a new hearing test as they fired the other audiologists for lying about results. Then when they redid it said it was exactly the same and that they didn’t understand why pressure wasn’t getting through . I have had extensive neck surgery and explain my history to the lady who examined me . She said she was not qualified enough and told me to come back in one year to see the doc. I asked front desk for an appointment with the real docotr and they refused because it said in my chart to come back in one year. They kept calling me for bills a week later even though my insurance covers everything even copays . Don’t waste your time here .
