I only got 5 hours of sleep the night before and your nurse said in her report I wasn't holding my left eye open so she held it open but she didn't asked me why I couldn't keep my eye open

I switchedto Dr. Zablocki from another Ithaca office. I am thrilled that I did this. Dr. Z is professional, competent, thorough and kind. He is wonderful about answering all my questions and never dismissive. One does not feel rushed. Efficiency exists but not to the exclusion of care and kindness. His staff is top notch and the exhibit the same professionalism. Thank you Dr. Zablocki.

Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to see Dr. Zablocki. When I brought this to his attention he said that's about standard. If you agree that 2 hours and 15 minutes should not be a standard wait time, find a different Ophthalmologist.
