Augusto Castrillon's Online Review Report Card

!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! Mr. Castrillon is very unprofessional. I had a virtual visit due to testing positive for COVID and I was not permitted to come in person. Following this appt castrillon refused to provide me a letter for my visit which is generally given. I contacted the office administrator Mr. Carl René and he asked Castrillon the reason and the Castrillon ignored him. Castrillon also refused to provide me a call black. Mr. Carl René claimed he will alert the office director. I have yet to receive any follow up calls.

Doctor does not listen, he kept trying to get procedures I did not need and sent medicines to my Pharmacy without telling me why I needed them. Staff was rude and unprofessional, they were yelling at each other in front of patients. Waste of time and money will not be returning.

This doctor does nothing for you, he does not like to discuss your concerns about whats going on with you during visit he only wants to talk ignores when you try to explain to him about what may be causing your pain or ill feeling, without running any test or really examing you, the first thing he does is everytime i seem him is prescribe pills, for no matter what issue i come presenting with. Because he will not let you explain what you came in for. so you leave still not knowing whats causing your pain or issues. If you are a senior citizen he really blames everything on your age. He is always trying to push anti depression medication on me that I do not need. In my opinion not a good doctor. I avoid making appointments to see him.

He rushes the visit, will not let you explain how you are feeling and your concerns, Every visit that I have had with him, he either trust to push anti depressants, on me or pankillers. Without doing a real asseessment. Especially if you are female. A annual physical with him consists of maybe a quick 5 minute exam, then he rushes you out with no answer to why you were there in the first place none ...

This doctors is extremely unprofessional and could careless to provide proper care to his patience. My husband had a scheduled annual visit and there was no communication (how’s your health, do you have any concerns?, how are you feeling?, where was your last visit? etc.). No follow conversation after the medical assistant took various votes on his concerns. There was request for a full blood panel ...

Dr. Reyes is the worst in all honesty she doesn’t know what she is doing she guesses at what she does you would think she belong in the front desks instead of being PA or Doc not sure what she is but go too her if you enjoy playing the guessing game because of her my daughter got worse and ended up in hospital

They called me into the room to wait for the doctor and 40 minutes later I was STILL waiting and was not being attended to. I actually walked out. Don’t waste my time like this. I know doctors are busy but cmon. 40 minutes?! OH and I still had to wait for 2 more people in front of me?! Pathetic.

My grandmother has been going with this dumd doctor who had been giving her a lot of pills she didn't even need. She got so sick that she went into a depression and we changed her doctors. She would go with this stupied doctor several times during the week and he did nothing to better her health. He is a insurance hungry doctor who keeps patients on many pills so that they can be sick and keep going back with him so he can do so many tests that you don't need and give you 20 different pills to make you worse. How sad that there are doctors that don't care about their patients he shouldn't have a doctors license.

You never get seen by the Dr himself only the PA. Most of the machines there don't work or give inaccurate results. They always run all kinds of unnecessary tests especially if you have good insurance. They never call you for test results.

Dr. Castrillon's staff is unprofessional and only half listens to you while they are on personal cell phone calls or eating in front of the patients. Dr. Castrillon runs a battery of tests and never follows up with your test results. He sent me to get a CT and I had pnuemonia but I never got a call from him or his staff to let me know this. My grandson went in with stomach pains and they did a sonogram. He never got results and that night he went to the ER and had emergency surgery because his appendix was about to rupture. To this date Dr. Castrillon nor his office have called to give him test results. Don't even try leaving message with the office help because you won't get your calls returned.
