Botched my knee permanently within each procedure. Was able to walk without pain before meeting jiang and now can’t walk more than half a block

2 procedures with jiang each time felt worse and painful and I thought it was normal til I had my 3rd surgery in NYU and felt instant relief. Yet Dr. Jiang claims it couldn’t have been his hands that caused my 5 year disability. Thankful for the third chance NYU has given me. No thanks to New York Presbyterian for wasting 5 years of my life with 2 failed procedures and inadequate physical therapists. I hope no one has to go through failed procedures and recovery, with doctors and physical therapist who feel no responsibility or obligation to find the ultimate solution to their patients injuries. Only if that insurance pay out is fat then that’s when jiang will be quick to jump to surgeries because of the pay out from your insurance. It’s a sad reality in Americas health industry

Dr. Kevin Jiang performed arthroscopic instability shoulder surgery on me a few months ago and I am on track to return to Brazilian Jiujitsu.

La peor experiencia en este lugar se llama para preguntar si reciben el seguro médico te dicen que si lo aceptan llegas al lugar a la cita programada por ellos y en el momento dicen que ese seguro no trabaja con ellos 😡 que pérdida de tiempo gente incompetente y nadie se responsabiliza del error y con ellas estar sentadas lo demás no les importa que falta de consideración al paciente

We felt very well taken care of by Dr. Jiang and his staff. My son is healing well from his ACL surgery. All of our office visits were conducted efficiently which we appreciated since we traveled from Suffolk County to see him. Dr. Jiang called us personally whenever we had pressing questions or concerns. I really liked the way Dr. Jiang explained the healing process to my son so he could understand the importance of PT and the risks involved with rushing recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Jiang and his office.

Dr. Jiang has been great! Very personable and informative about options after my injury and expectations. Throughout the whole process. My injury is healing very well 3 months out. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jiang was very professional, knowledgeable and calming. I came to him with an injured knee. He ended up performing surgery on my meniscus. I am back to dancing, and back to myself!! Eternally grateful.

I've received amazing care from Dr. Jiang and his team! Dr. Jiang made sure to check in every step of the way and was super informative about every aspect of the procedure and recovery. I could not ask for a better surgeon for this procedure. Everything is going better than i could have hoped, and i feel like when all is said and done my leg will be better now than it was *before* I tore my ACL! 😂
