Not recommend bad service they ignore Patient
The receptionists rarely answer the phones, and when they do they are extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don’t enjoy their jobs that much, then they should just quit. People are going to see doctors, so they probably already have enough stress and anxiety going on in their lives, they don’t need an unprofessional and rude person being the first they see when they walk into a clinic. That behavior is unacceptable and this clinic really needs to rectify it because it’s just disgusting to be treated so badly when you are being polite and just trying to see a medical professional. I don’t know if it’s the same woman each time, but every single time I have called I was greeted by someone in a really nasty tone and hung up on. Get your act together sweetie because that attitude is just not it.

amazing family health center, the staff is so friendly and helpful especially Martha . i would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs medical attention. they even have their own parking lot which is unheard of in Jamaica, Queens
I scheduled an appointment with a specialist, which I showed up on-time for. They made me wait an hour before anyone saw me. They checked my vitals and then returned me to the waiting room. 30 mins later, a physician called me in and proceeded to do a full physical. I told him that I didn’t schedule a physical, that I had an appointment an hour and a half ago to see a specialist. Confused, he went over to speak with the receptionists, who said that I wasn’t supposed to come into the clinic, that I was supposed to be screened over the phone before making the appointment with the specialist. They apologized for the mix up and made an appointment for me to be screened over the phone for 10 AM the following day. I received the call at 11:13, I answered their questions and they booked me for a remote appointment for today at 12:15. It is now 2:25 and I have not received any calls or notices. I called the clinic, the receptionist confirmed that I did have an appointment and then redirected me to some unnamed voicemail to complain to. This was a complete waste of time and I will not attempt to use their services again.
I received Damian Family Care Center's phone number from a friend whom me and this friend were sending information back and forth between the two of us on places where we can get covid vaccinated. She texted me the phone number. I called and made an appointment. I went to my appointment. I've another one in about 28 days after the first and I feel that we've, meaning the clients that have had the chance to schedule our vaccinations at DFCC, have been extremely fortunate. When arriving on my appointment date, the visit was quick, I've really zero symptons and I wish I've heard more positive reactions regarding Damian Family Care Center. Thank you so much!!
Awful service. There front receptionists are the most unprofessional I have ever faced. You guys already have very bad review and seems like there is nothing you are doing to make it better. Family medicine or not, if you do not change your receptionist you will never get any patients in the future.Try to avoid this place if you have self respect and do not want to waste your time chasing after receptionists!
Awful customer service! My suggestion to the great people of Queens that this place have no customer service and go to other clinic please.
Hello!!! Does anyone work here? I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 days now. Monday i called at 3PM several times no one picked up fine. Today(Wed) i called at 10am again several times no one picked up. CMON people do your job or hire someone who will, incredibly infuriating.

Half the staff there is somewhat Pleasant...But the Receptionist is just terrible... they're just rude to me...I don't know about other clients there,But It's Whatever...Also when you try to call for your Medication,I kind of dislike the Nurses too...but there not to bad as the Receptionist...there somewhat as well.But...I'm just making this complaint because I don't like how I was being treated today.

I love this clinic. They have vision, dental, colonoscopy, pysch, social workers, and everyone is really nice. The doctors here really care about their patients. The nurses are great. Highly recommended.
Hey this place is good but very long waits and they stay very busy.
Although I trust in the confidence and professionalism of Dr. A, the staff has caused me numerous problems. For one, they messed up my dosage of medication and the doctor told me just to call her, saying it was okay to override their rule of "patients cannot talk directly to the doctor." The doctor has told me twice, maybe even thrice, that I should tell her staff that she said it was okay for her to talk to her directly over the phone, in case issues have arisen. I had Dr. A write me a prescription for refills to give to the CVS in the state in which I was going on vacation. I would bring these to that state and the doctor said if there was any issues, I should call her. Well, as expected, there were multiple issues, and as I expected from my last problem with Damien Family Health Center, when I called for speaking to the doctor directly, despite me saying "She told me I have permission to talk to her directly," they did not comply. If this is the case, in my chart, it needs to be written "okay to contact doctor directly." The nurse was negative as well, at first telling me that they refuse to call my insurance and that it is my responsibility. I did all I could to prepare for this, and I do not appreciate the staff blaming the patients for issues they can easily resolve.Unfortunately, due to these multiple issues and the staff's behavior and failure to cooperate, the rating will remain what it is.
Unprofessional and more than likely unlicensed.Their job is to keep u in the program so u will ALWAYS be able to work.Its A scam and it even says scam likely when they call.Persuing legal action.
Worst place ever!!! Don’t even think about going in there. I have no idea how the doctors are, but the receptionists need to be changed ASAP! I went in there for an appointment but walked out right after the receptionist showed her inappropriate behavior.
