I have been going to this clinic since 2017 and since the pandemic nobody answers phones they have new doctors all the time that don’t know nothing like as if they found them in a school teaching and don’t know anything about health they have to do better I missed the old crew these new ones need to be fired for real they attitude is nasty

Took my son for his COVID vaccine today. The staff were amazing (Crystal and Travis). Both of them were well organized, professional and personable. They made the process seamless. If you need a vaccine or medical services this is the place to go.

They don’t answer the call and when answer. They tell you to waiting but never answer the call. I don’t think this medical center have supervisor . Do not go to that clinic. They staff are not professional. For a month a have being asking for the physical examination from to be completed but they lost the form . They don’t care. Specially the staff from the front desk .

0 Stars. The staff is completely unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled 3 different times. All only a few days before the appointment. The person who contacted me was rude and told me its either I want the appointment or not. I will not be working with this medical center again.

Horrible service. MALE DOCTOR IS EXTREMELY RUDE. BEST at delaying everything and will NOT notify you that your appointment is coming up, and even had the audacity to cancel an appointment on me the SAME morning. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.

Horrible hay que ir cada vez a ver el doctor para recibir el refill de una medicina que tomas por años y todos los santos días. Las recepciónistas te cuelgan el teléfono y luego jamas lo contestan.

Firehouse is a horrible office. Getting anyone on the phone is impossible. Receptionists just don’t answer, I’ll be listening to ringing for 5-10 mins and the. When they do decide to answer they put me on hold and forget about me there. Getting a doctor to simply send a script to the pharmacy is at least a one week calling all day every day task. Horrible. They need to learn how to be a doctors office because it is clear they don’t care what you need.
