Unprofessional office staff and manner they answered calls. I was on hold and hung up 4 times. As a new patient Dr. Chow did on phone consultation on the phone and then told me she will see me in 6 months.

My first visit with her was better than any doctor ive been to my entire life. She took her time to really diagnose my health. I naturally felt that i was in good hands, she is very down to earth, understanding, helpful and serious about my health. I plan to continue seeing this lady for the rest of my life!
