This office is HORRIBLE and they DO NOT care about their patients once they get your money. If I don't hear back from the office IMMEDIATELY I will be reporting them to the BBB and medical boards!

I am currently still having treatment and wanted to wait until my experience was over before leaving this review , but my experience with Lexington Plastic Surgeons and Dr. Michael Jones has been so HORRIFIC that I just couldn’t wait. This practice is so disorganized and unprofessional that it is amazing that they are still in business. I only had a keloid removed from my left earlobe but given my experience, if I was considering getting something more extensive done..... I would go elsewhere. I was called at 7pm the night before my procedure to inform me of my 10:30 am surgery time ( and this was only after being rescheduled TWICE and me requesting a cancellation of my procedure and a refund). On the day of surgery I was told my discharge time would be 12:30pm. Because I live so far away I had my ride wait outside. Let me tell you that I was not taken into the OR until 2:30 pm!!!!!! And Discharged at 4:00. MY POOR Ride waited outside from 10 am until 4 pm!!! I felt horrible. But apparently not Dr. Jones. No explanation or apology was given for wasting my damn time. Apparently they had a long facial scar revision whom they took before me when I should have been first. A mistake made by the scheduling department which was explained to me by the nurse. I never saw Dr Jones again. Additionally I’d like to add I was discharged with a bleeding ear. No dressing and no discharge instructions. I feel I would have had better care if I had gone into some shady basement and was treated my someone who was only pretending to be a Doctor. I literally cannot comprehend the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from such a big name. also my ear looks mangled. It’s still very swollen so I’ll wait to fully review his surgical capabilities but given me experience I’m not very hopeful. I’m schedule for SRT treatment but again you are contacted the day off and given a time as if you have no life or job and are waiting around for them to squeeze you in whenever they can. Disgusting service. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Please....listen to my warning and go elsewhere!!!!

As a surgeon he's Excellent. The after care you receive is deplorable. M y son had 2 surgeries the 1st one went well. Trying to get medical records the 1st time for him to go back to work took to long. After his 2nd surgery he had complications which were addressed. Again getting his medical records to return to work is AWFUL. The staff hardly answers the phone. When you leave a message No one returns your calls. We are traveling from Philadelphia to New York. This is outrageous. I hope he doesn't loose his job because no one can provide his medical records in a timely fashion. Multiple release forms have been filled out. Still No response.

Same here I held for 22 minutes when I finally got an appt the lady was super rude and I couldn’t even hear her there was a kid screaming the whole time in the backround when I finally got the virtual spot the doctor never joined I waited for 1 hour called the office and no one ever answered horrible unprofessional service totally not what they appear to be

Dr. Jones had did my breast augmentation early December. I think i have an amazing result, I look forward to fully healing because my scar is still new and I look forward to that going down. Other than that i am a happy patient of dr. Jones.
