Dr. Ames gave us her opinion that “our one year old daughter needed Speech Therapy…” A One Year old… She’s talking like crazy now, with No Therapy, by the way..: She’s almost three and doing great! :) However, when I disagreed with Dr. Ames about the therapy treatment for My daughter… She got all Heated, and then Frazzled; Storming out of the room she kicked us out and told Me “I’m no longer welcome in her office…” Seems like a personal confirmation problem she Might have… Either way, the Next Day CPS agents were at our door forcing their way into our home… To Make sure our daughter had a bed and food… I still cannot believe that a Doctor could be so Defensive about her personal Medical Opinion, that she would lash out at her patients causing such problems… How childish and Unprofessional… I cannot believe she obtained a good rating on other sites… She is a horrible person for this, and a terrible Children Doctor… If you want a Dr. with Basic Knowledge… Maybe…

Good personality but doesn't handle being disagreed with well. On our last meeting when I disagreed with her she stopped talking with me and pounded on her keyboard for a couple of minutes, then stalked out of the room and refused to see me again. It was very, very unprofessional.
