The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. This office is very busy but they do their best to accommodate their patients. The providers are warm and welcoming and put you at ease. I see Chelsey there and despite me always being worried about something she is great at giving me the details and information I need. Will be making an appointment for my son for his acne with one of the other providers as well.

Haven't been to office yet but there is a 4 month wait time. I was told there are no doctors there just PA's and a nurse practitioner. That is disappointing. There should be at least one.

My son has been treated here for a few years for his acne. The providers and staff are always so kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommend this office for all your dermatology needs!

Went there for a few years. Was not always impressed with the office staff. But I didn't have any other options in my area. You feel like a number. Not a person with feelings and problems. Had a office staff member be very rude to me. More then once. Spoke to the manager and she defended the employee and made me feel like I did something wrong. She made excuses for the employee 's behavior, That it was my fault for the issues. Also if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than three times they tell you to go elsewhere. Really! Wow !!! I'm glad they value their patients!!!! ☹️ I have never been treated so disrespectful at an office in my life. They charge alot for their services and will not see you if you owe any money to them. Needless to say I have left that practice and have moved on elsewhere. It's a drive but worth it to be treated well and receive good care. I had been told by alot of people to not go there. Should of listened. Live and learn. My recommendation is find somewhere else to go. I found a new dermatologist. Schweiger was treating me for an entire year for the wrong condition. I am so 😡 My new dermatologist has me on the right road now. Unbelievable. My advice find somewhere else. You won't be sorry.

Horrible experience. Waited well over an hour for an appointment and wasn't offered any condolences or rescheduling. The staff was rude and did not offer any help or apologies. Said to talk to management.

Chelsey Gray is just so amazing! She’s empathetic, kind and understanding. She really took the time to listen to my concerns. She gave me options and came up with a long term care plan for me. I have struggled with acne for 15 years. I have seen many providers and done countless treatments for my skin. Chelsey really worked with me, and I’m confident that I’m finally finding long term solutions for my hormonal acne. Only after a month I’m already seeing changes in my skin and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
