I am writing this in regard to a previous review that I have written, actually it is the sixth review on this page dated March 22, 2018. In hope to undo all the damages done to Dr Losquardo’s skills , professionalism & character ! I have made statements which come to find out after seeking second & third opinions of various Doctors along with many tests that have confirmed that the statements I have made were wrong and were done in haste and uncertainty and were made without having all the facts ! My sincerest apology to Dr Losquardo and all the people whom I have misdirected! I will do whatever I have to do to make this right ! Moving forward I believe that the truth sets us free and I know Dr Losquardo will continue to be a great highly skilled Surgeon!

Dr. Losquadro is an absolute miracle worker! I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty procedure. God bless this man, he has saved my nose and given me a second chance of life! I am only 1 week post operative but can already see his fantastic results. He expertly performed a highly complex revision rhinoplasty after I was severely botched by a Manhattan plastic surgeon. I was extremely traumatized and depressed after this negligent butcher pressured me to have a procedure I simply did not need, he ‘fixed’ nasal defects which were characteristics of my nose I specifically requested to keep (I made these requests both verbally and in writing.) He gave me a horrendously lifted and bulbous tip, left me with a pollybeak deformity, destroyed my bridge, also left me with terrible breathing problems due to a collapsed nasal vault and vast amounts of scar tissue due to his awful technique. I was so depressed, I lost my job, did not go out in public, I was hospitalized with post traumatic stress and I suffered agonizing insomnia due to the inability to breathe. I would wake up every hour gasping for breath and drooling over a wet pillow. It had a truly catastrophic impact on my life! To add insult to injury, this surgeon also fabricated multiple emails and even the operative report as part of a cover up. He shamelessly claimed I had requested a tip lift and wanted to fix a ‘plunging’ tip. All of this was of course totally false and precisely the opposite of what I had requested! He is currently threatening me with a $6 million lawsuit after I complained about his conduct to the medical board. I wish I could warn everybody in the Realself community about who he is but sadly cannot reveal his identity due to a pending lawsuit. What I can say is... 1. He does NOT perform digital imaging. 2. He is based on upper east side Manhattan and is in his late 60s. 3. He is aggressive with his marketing and has a very fancy office. Please don’t be fooled, stay far away from this narcissistic mutilator, he has not only botched me but many other victims! Another surgeon told me he has a terrible reputation within the industry. In contrast, Dr Losquadro always treated me with kindness and compassion and with the highest level of care. He never rushed his consultations, he listened attentively and most importantly, he delivered a phenomenal, natural result. He expertly restored my 90 degree nasolabial angle and lengthened my nose with septal extension grafts. He also refined the bulbous tip with dome binding dissolvable sutures. He fixed the pollybeak deformity, removed vast amounts of scar tissue, he also improved my breathing using spreader grafts without widening the nose. The surgery itself took 3 hours, the staff were all lovely and the recovery has been painless. For anyone who has been botched, nobody deserves this misery and trauma but please do lot lose hope! There are skilled, talented and ethical surgeons out there... I was so lucky to find Dr. Losquadro. My guardian angel! I would highly recommend him to everybody!

Dr. Losquadro performed a revision rhynoplasty on my nose in May, 2018. I am 77 years old and found that I could no longer breath thru my nose. The cartilage had collapsed and Dr. Losquadro used cadaver rib bone to build up the bridge of my nose. I can now breath and my nose looks terrific. Great Doctor!!!

Dr. Losquadro was GREAT! His staff was wonderful as well. I had Kybella done and had no results for the torture i went through! Dr, Losquadro fixed that!

Dr. Losquadro performed immensely skilled reconstructive surgery on my nose following removal of a basal cell carcinoma in the nare area (crease of the nasal flap --- very tricky location). After 4 months, my nose looked completely normal and the scar was virtually invisible. I have seen many photos of people with a basal cell removal in the same location, and none of them looks as normal as mine does. There was very little pain afterwards, and his intelligence, thoughtfulness, patience and kindness were evident form pre through post operative stages. He is a very gifted surgeon, both technically and based upon his personal strengths and qualities.

I am very pleased to rate Dr. Losquadro. First, he came highly recommended to me by my primary care physician. The surgery was to corrected a sharply deviated septum. Dr. Losquadro sat patiently with me and answered my (prepared) slew of questions, prior to my surgery. On the day of my surgery, he made sure to answer any additional questions I had, plus walked me through the details of the process of the surgery itself; this put me at incredible ease. So much so, that I did not need any medications to relax me. The outcome of my surgery was 100%! I should also note the fact that I has the exact same surgery performed 10 years earlier by another surgeon. That initial surgery was not a success; so, you can imagine my fear and concern about repeating the same surgery. I'm grateful that my primary physician highly recommended Dr. Losquadro to me. I am very pleased with the results .

Dr. Losquardro is an extremely skilled doctor. He is professional, patient, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He told me exactly what he was going to do and showed me computer images of what I would like after. He was the only doctor I met with that mentioned using cartilage to build up my nose, so I would not have any issues later on in life. I immediately knew he was the doctor I would pick. The surgery went smooth and everything was on schedule. My recovery was quick and I had hardly any pain. My results are exactly what I wanted which is a perfect, straight natural looking nose that fits my face. He has a gift of understanding aesthetics. The post-op care is also top notch. Dr. L meets with you after 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 month, 6 months and then 1 year after surgery to ensure you’ve healed correctly. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty.
