Dr. Ioffe is always kind considerate and respectful. He takes his time explaining things thoroughly. He makes sure the patient is comfortable and agreeable with what he reccomends. He set my mind at ease before surgery and made it as easy as it could be. He is very competent at what he does. I highly trust his opinion and skill as a surgeon and physician and would highly recommend him to anyone.

My sister’s husband found out he had cancer and they told him that he had to wait two more weeks for the biopsy results. My sister was surprised it was that long and the Nurse Practitioner pulled down her maskin front of a cancer patient and said “do you realize we are in the middle of a pandemic? And they had already waited two months for the diagnosis. The practice shows zero compassion. Look elsewhere if bedside manner is important to you

I enjoy my visit to Upstate Urology. Dr. Ioffe explained the pros and cons of the biopsy procedure in a lengthy fashion and convinced me to have it done. He was explaining to me each step he was taking and what to expect. At the end I must say that I was worried unnecessarily. Dr. Ioffe made it like a breeze.
