Great place to receive Physical Therapy a very professional, extremely knowledgeable staff and clean. Thank you all, especially John, Bryan and Lindsey for the excellent service.

Worked with three therapists over 12 sessions for a shoulder injury. Everyone was very thorough and knowledgeable and knew the problem exactly after initial evaluation. They worked with me after asking what my goals are and evaluated my progress at each visit and also got my input. My issue is already 90 percent improved and they gave me a home regimen to work on. Apart from professionalism, the place is very friendly and everyone has a good sense of humor which made me look forward to my appts. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs PT.

I've been to five physical therapy practices in the last 10 years and Fyzical Therapy and Balance in Johnson City is top-notch. I have neuro-muscular issues causing imbalance and was impressed with the harness system they use which enables people like me to gain stability and confidence while walking. Staff are all very friendly yet professional, from the receptionist up front to the therapist/owner. They review your medical records, listen to your concerns and tailor your physical therapy sessions accordingly. There's a positive vibe here and attending PT has become a highlight of my week. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center of Johnson City.

This is my go to PT place. Small place but staff are great and you get a lot of individualized attention. They do a pre and post assessment and discuss your progress along the way. They adjust to less or more as needed. The staff help each other and the clients. This time around I had Lindsay as my primary physical therapist. She was exceptional. Very caring, knew when to push and when to chill. Very knowledgeable and offered a variety of choices to reach my goal. She also did a great job explaining the exercises, what they were for, and how to transition them to home. She monitored and offered suggestions. I am very pleased with the progress I made.

CAUTION! DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES. I went for treatment for 3 months. The front desk spoke with my insurance co., and advised me to pay a hefty $30 copay each visit. I did so, and went just twice weekly... ($30 adds up quickly!) Each visit they charged me that, and I was never told of an issue. At the end of all scheduled appointments, I was advised to continue with Fyzical on a weekly basis. It was at this time, (after three months) that the front desk advised me the copay had actually been $75 all along, and that I owed them a large balance. Apparently they had gotten it wrong and decided to just let me go into debt instead of saying anything. Now I'm stuck with a bill over $600. I should have just learned some exercises on YouTube. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Look no further! This is the place you want to go for PT! I have been working with Dr. John and Sarah for help prior to and after a buckle handle meniscus tear surgery. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! From the first call to the actual treatment everything has been ideal. I feel heard, genuinely cared for, and pushed just enough to make the best calls for my long term health. I never dread going, I actually look forward to it! They’re incredibly knowledgeable and work together as a team to ensure the best care possible. They have all the tools to get you back to feeling yourself.
