If I had other options for care agencies through my insurance company, I would probably not use Interim. It has been difficult to get hours scheduled, when aides call in they often cannot find someone else to cover the shift (an issue I do not have with the other agency I pay privately), we went through quite a few aides due to no shows, being consistently late, not being able to get transportation at all, which was frustrating, and I had to make multiple complaints about an aid leaving my mom in soiled clothes due to incontinence (I am still waiting to see if this improves). We did have one really great aid that interacted with my mom more but she was unfortunately only filling in for a few days. It is not an easy job to care for someone but I rely on this service and most of the time I just hope they are at least doing a better job than the care she would probably receive in a group home.

Loved working for Interim Healthcare on Front Street a few years ago!. Office staff, coworkers and nurses were always so friendly and nice. Very upbeat and friendly. Paired you up well with appropriate clients and hours that worked best for you and your schedule. They always had my back and kept my best interests at heart and my clients were always generally pleasant to work with and be around. I would definitely recommend them as a Top company to work for a cpl years ago and would definitely go back one day if I didn't need full time..

Working with Interim Healthcare has been VERY, if not EXTREMLY frustrating on many levels. Caregivers are unprofessional, they show up late, they sleep on the job and text on the phone throughout the day. Interim has never followed-up to see how caregivers are performing on the job and they have left me hanging without a caregiver over and over again. I would not recommend this agency to anyone!
