Well what can I say? What an incredible experience I have just had with Dr. El.Kassis and the whole staff at the office I’ve just had my second child but my first in the USA having moved from the UK in 2019. I honestly could not have asked for more friendly professional thorough personal or reassuring standard of care. Dr. El Kassis was able to answer any questions I had big or small honestly succinctly and with thorough reasoning. For personal reasons I had my babyonly one week ago via arranged Csection this was also an amazing experience under her care . My post partum care has been excellent and the office have very quickly answered my post op concerns both on the phone and in office visits without any fuss helping me recover smoothly and quickly. As a new person in the US i feel obligated to share this wonderful experience for anyone locally searching for this sort of care.I could honestly not recommend Dr. El Kassis any higher all round incredible care and experience. Thank you so muchLucy and Baby Quinn.

My doctor and all the nurses have been great. The wait time in the waiting room has been extremely long to the point of wanting to leave. Having to wait close to an hour seems too much. This has happened the last two times I have went and will need to go back in a few weeks.

I arrived early for my initial appointment to get paperwork done. The paperwork contains a warning by Dr. ElKassis against being 20 minutes late to your appointment. However I wasnt called for a full 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The front desk could not tell me how long it would be nor how long the appointment was expected to take. She did say that someone put their initials beside my name. I had other appointments to tend to so I ended up asking to reschedule. The scheduling receptionist said the standard wait was 45 minutes. I found this disrespectful of my time so I did not reschedule.

Just got my Paragard put in... Dr. El Kassis did great as alwaysl. She couldn’t guarantee that I won’t get pregnant again but I understand doctors aren’t miracle workers 🤣

ElKassis delivered my son in November every checkup before delivery was always exceptional. She listened to my requests and helped me through every step of this pregnancy. Highly recommend her as anyone’s doctor
