List of Mukesh Rao's Reviews
Dr Rao might be all the wonderful things people say about him BUT he would never talk to us about the care of our daughter. The other doctors he supervised might have been good as well but again he wouldnt allow Dr Holdridge to treat our daughter. Dr Rao only wanted to shop our daughter to Syracuse. He wouldnt every meet with us to work out a plan or discuss problems we were having with the care of our daughter. Dr Rao being the senior physician in the practice should have been the leader and should have been an example to the other providers in the group yet he was not. Arrogant self centered pompous would be the most accurate words that I would use to describe Dr. Rao. Id love to use other words but he wouldnt every talk to us.
My kids are now 17 and 18 and have both seen Dr. Rao since birth. He has always been a good caring doctor. When my son had to go to Upstate for a brain tumor he called the hospital daily to check on him. It’s only because he ordered the MRI that the tumor was found. Lourdes ER misses it.
I am a mother of three children who was lucky enough to have Dr. Rao for their first pediatrician. Even with some abnormal health issues in the early years my children are not afraid of going to the doctor because of his early influence. We had to change doctors due to relocating. Dr. Rao or as my kids call him Dr. Owe is still the family favorite.
Dr. Rao is a wonderful caring compassionate person. He stays up to date on the latest medical practices childhood disorders and illnesses. Dr. Rao listens and answers all of our questions about our kids and is open to discussing different treatment options or lab tests. We are very lucky to have him in our area Very highly recommend.
He see both of my children and has since they were born. I would and have recommened him to many parents.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
